RMT: "I Know I"

Swampert@Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Torrent
252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef
~Stealth Rock
~Roar
~Ice Beam
~Earthquake

The MixPert lead. Effective at laying up Rocks, takes hits like a champ, and is an excellent match up against leads such as Metagross and Heatran (if the latter lacks Hidden Power Grass). It's easily bulky enough to stay around late game and phaze out stat uppers like Dragon Dance Gyarados or Calm Mind Jirachi, and can OHKO DD Mence or any other form with Ice Beam (after Stealth Rock of course). With Roar it can also shuffle my opponents team, giving them extra residual damage with the rocks and allowing me to scout their teams easing prediction later in the game.

Blissey@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Natural Cure
28 HP/252 Def/228 SpDef
~Aromatherapy
~Seismic Toss
~Thunder Wave
~Softboiled

A standard Blissey. The bane of all Special Attackers, and maybe the most annoying Pokemon in the OU metagame. Aromatherapy is to cure some of those troublesome status issues that would befall upon my team, Softboiled is to increase general longevity to further piss off my opponents, T-Wave is to cripple some of my opponent's team, and Seismic Toss is for consistent, reliable damage to everything that doesn't fall under the Ghost type.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Intimidate
152 HP/172 Def/184 Spe
~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Sleep Talk
~Rest

My own personal ResTalk DD Gyarados spread. It can tank hits like a monster, absorb status, and set up while doing it. Plays a lot like a CroCune.

Roserade@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Natural Cure
252 HP/136 SpDef/120 Spe
~Spikes
~Rest
~Grass Knot
~Hidden Power Fire

A Spikes Roserade. I wanted to set up Spikes on this team, and I wasn't particularly attracted by using Forretress and I didn't want Skarmory adding another Electric weakness to the team. The entry hazards help me to put slow, consistent damage on my opponent's grounded Pokemon, and make this team's attackers' jobs a lot easier.

Suicune@Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Pressure
252 HP/40 SpAtk/216 Spe
~Substitute
~Calm Mind
~Surf
~Ice Beam

A Suicune that can take on Blissey more easily without restricting itself to one move. The only drawback is lack of recovery aside from Leftovers. The coverage of Surf and Ice Beam isn't particularly spectacular, but it can hit Salamence and Flygon hard as well as Zapdos, Celebi, and other things that can give Suicune trouble.

Rotom-C@Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Levitate
252 HP/168 Def/88 Spe
~Thunderbolt
~Leaf Storm
~Will-O-Wisp
~Pain Split

Here it is, folks, what stops a Bulky Gyara from setting up on this team. Combats most Physical Attackers and Physical Sweepers in the OU environment. Not really much to say about it. Prevents Rapid Spinners, walls Physical Sweepers, etc., etc.

I'll just nitpick here.
Pert lead gets beat by a LOT of common leads, bad matchup vs Azelf, Roserade,Forry, SpecsTran lead and maybe some others.
It is a waste of a valuable team member, Pert is a great supporter for a team like yours, beating Ttar, DD Mence, shuffling sweepers, but this can all be wasted by a sleep status or a Metagross explosion, you might not even get rocks.

Not sure what to replace it with, just saying.

SubCune is ok, but offensive Cune is great in my opinion. It would also check bulky DD Gyara for you alongside Rotom who likes to get flinched by Waterfall. Timid 252/252 @ leftovers

The Rotom is fine, I'd suggest Substitute in place of leaf storm, and a faster EV spread, 252 HP, 68 defense, 188 speed iirc hits 280 or 281.

Good luck

This looks like a nice team. The one thing I would recomend changing, though, is to switch Swampert and Roserade around. Roserade can defeat more of the common leads than Swampert, and swampert is better for a early/mid bulky pokemon with a entry hazard. Here is the recomended set for Roserade

407.png

Roserade@ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
Evs: 4 HP/ 252 SPA/ 252 SPE
Nature: Timid
-Leaf Storm/ Grass Knot
-Sleep Powder
-Toxic Spikes
-Hidden Power [FIRE]

Though I would normally recomend either Hidden Power [ICE] or Hidden Power [GROUND], your team looks like it can cover most of the threats the alterative Hidden Powers cover. Leaf Storm is hits everthing harder THE FIRST TIME YOU USE IT, but it leaves you open to setup after the -2 drop in Sp. Attack. Therefore, you can run Grass Knot, which still hits many pokemon hard, as OU is full of heavy pokemon.

I hope this helps, and good luck!

This is a solid team, but I would like to suggest a few things in order to improve it. To begin with, the EVs on Gyarados look a bit random to be honest, and I don't exactly know what those 184 Speed EVs stand for. Considering that this team lacks a Steel-type Pokémon, and therefore Dragon-type moves could cause some pain among the members of the team, I highly recommend you to place all those Speed EVs into HP and Defense respectively. By doing so you'll potentiate Gyarados' overall bulk which is going to make it able to face easier the likes of DD Salamence / Dragonite / Kingdra. With that being said, I also suggest using Roar instead of Dragon Dance, otherwise the strategy of switching in to Intimidate the aforementioned threats will be futile; by using Roar you ensure yourself the position against said Dragon-type Pokémon and some others too such as Metagross and Scizor, for instance.
On the other hand, I believe it wouldn't be a bad idea at all to give Leech Seed a try on Roserade, preferably in HP Fire's place. The reason why I'm suggesting this is because Roserade, alongside with that set of EVs and Leech Seed + Grass Knot, can function as a pretty good option to prevent bulky Water-types such as Suicune from setting up, as they won't only be loosing health due to a direct damage but from Leech Seed as well. Another slight suggestion I can give you is to try out Shadow Ball instead of Leaf Storm on Rotom-C, as this will allow you to hit Ghost-type Pokémon (i.e. Gengar, opposing Rotom) for supper effective damage, while also hitting Swampert and Hippowdon (Leaf Storm's main targets) for neutral damage. However, remember you can also utilize Substitute in the same moveslot; this will basically help you to make a better use of Will-o-Wisp and scout your opponent's switch ins.

Overall, gl.
