My Trapper, for getting rid of those annoying steels like empoleon and such.​

So i'm pretty new here, really all i've done is in the CaP section. I don't have ANY experience at battling competitevely, so criticism is much appreciated.​

Dusknoir isn't a particularly good lead, nor a good attacker, his special attack stat is pathetic and he's almost completely overshadowed by the rotom appliances. If I were you I'd use a more generic lead; Metagross springs to mind; he can set up Stealth Rock and fight till he dies, like Dusknoir.

On Dragonite, you're completely screwed by Heatran with that set; I would exchange Roost or Flamethrower for Earthquake. Fire Blast is often better than flamethrower for the job, and Outrage is better used for endgame sweeps, though if Dragon Claw suits you, by all means use it. For a more powerful sweeper offensively, I would suggest Salamence.

Scizor, fine.

Forretress is redundant with Scizor; you don't need a Weavile counter, Bullet Punch Scizor is the best Weavile counter there is. Forretress isn't doing any damage with HP electric either, and frankly it's magnezone bait. I'd replace it with something to stop DDGyara, a Bulky Water or Celebi would work well. A bulky water would also help curb the alarmingly large ScarfTran weak (Celebi, not so much).

Jirachi, fine.

Dugtrio is seen as a poor option out of principle, but if it works for you, use it.

Try to expand your comments a bit.

If you want the team raters to give you the best rate possible, you'd be wise to update your pokemon descriptions to make them more detailed.

You're team is pretty much weak to Infernape (only with fire blast, hp ice and shadow claw). If your Dugtrio has arena trap I recommend you to use night slash instead of pursuit.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.d.
