RMT, just adjusting to platinum, help please

Note:
Before You scream OMG Cheater You have 7 Pokemon
These are the 7 that i listed that Im considering for making a team
Lead Deoxys must stay, Scarftran must stay. Either Salamence or Gyarados has to Stay. Donphan is a so-so, just to stop Dragon Dancing Tyranitar and to Rapid Spin, which no other Rapid Spinner can boast.

So i can see either
Deoxys, Salamence, Gyarados, Donphan(who is a must if i have both) Celebi, Heatran
or Deoxys, Salamence, Gyarados, Donphan, Heatran, Cresselia
or Deoxys, [Salamence or Gyarados] Donphan(who is more of a DDTtar stopper now), Celebi, Heatran, Cresselia

Celebi can bring me back from a huge deficit with a calm mind or 2, and if it meets Salamence or Skymin i can always Switch to Cresselia. Cresselia stops both Salamence and Gyarados and can Toxic Stall

In my opinion the best lead i could come up with. Taunt setter uppers. Superpower lead Weavile, the formerly best lead, Lead TTar. Shadow Ball Lead Azelf, Lead Gengar
Ice Beam to deal with Shaymin as its one of the few pokemon faster than it. I lead then hope to save it for later to revenge kill Shaymin, hopefully not revealing Ice Beam before then. Life Orb for some more damage.

Naive to outspeed all base 95 pokemon, most notably Ice Punch EVire, Ice Fang Gliscor, Lucario, and Jolly Heracross. Also outspeeds ScarfHeatran after a Dragon Dance. Other than that, pretty standard although it welcomes Outrage

Rapid Spin is almost a must with Salamence and Gyarados on my team, and also doubles as a solid Dragon Dance Tyranitar Stopper which is becoming more prevalent for some reason?

Perhaps the most deadliest Dragon Dancer of all, uncounterable after a Dragon Dance
A second Intimidate helps out alot, and it resists Bullet Punch, Waterfalling Scizor
Not much to say about this one, I would switch out on any possible HP Electrics or Thunderbolts

Another one of my crazy sets, but really adopted from an old advance Celebi with CM, Recover and 2 Atking Moves. Grass Knot for STAB, Earth Power to stop Heatran and Metagross from ruining my fun. Walled endlessly by Salamence and Cresselia, but Celebi is never seen as a Salamence counter. Also wins every singly CM war with Suicune unless Suicune gets an unfair power boost with Life Orb, which makes me think should i Life Orb Celebi too?
Gives me Celetran unknowingly

Orginially intended to combat other ScarfTran who are usually Modest, it not stops Skymin provided it avoids switching into Earth Power and Scizor. OverHeat for the Hit and Run tactic, Earth Power for other Heatran, Explosion to come in and Dent some troublesome pokemon.

HP Electric/ Ice Beam, mainly to take hits from Salamence and Gyarados, maybe Skymin
Pseudo BoltBeam is pretty good, theres always Toxic and Rest to abuse the most well rounded tank in OU

Dragonite doesn't need those speed EVs, its minimum speed w/o any EVs, 216, after agility reaches 432, so you will outspeed ScarfHeatran w/o any problems (Heatran's max is 417). So you can move those EVs to Atk / SpA. Also, go for Naughty / Rash / Mild / Naive Nature, you don't need a +Speed nature if you have agility.

Your team has a serious Ice Weakness, Only Heatran resists Ice and 4 of your other Pokemon are weak to it (Dragonite & Salamence - 4x , Donphan, Celebi - 2x ).

Also, Roar, Ice Shard > Stone Edge to stop Dragons and those Ninjasks from baton passing respectively.

I'd say use sash to actually live an early attack or use Lum Berry so you can shrug off status. Only suggested ExtremeSpeed in case he comes in late game to kill off something very frail or with low HP but most likely taunt should work better.

You could use Ice Shard to help you with Priority or as a partial Skymin counter, it does about 60% to Skymin.

I'd suggest using Fire Blast as using Overheat creates a situation in which you can't continue a sweep because of the -2 Sp.Atk drop which also opens up a spot to set up. If you're worried about accuracy use Flamethrower.

I'd like to see Sleep Talk on this set so you can Sleep Talk Toxic's at random switch ins and also use Ice Beam. Hp Electric doesn't seem THAT necessary.
 
thanks for the comments absol, but which 6 out of the 7 should i go to war with,

also a couple of points
1. without an electirc move of some sort on Cresselia, who would stop a gyarados with a dragon dance?
2. where exactly would Xspeed for Deoxys come into play, since its already faster than everything, and other priority users resist xspeed, like Bullet Punch Metagross, Scizor or Lucario
3. Considering Heatran, Overheat seems ideal because its Choiced, even if i did replace with another Fire Move, I'll probably have to switch anyway because no one would switch another fire weak into me
