RMT Looking primarily for any significant counters or weaknesses.

So being the first time I've moved into competitive battling, I have made many teams that all seem to fail. However, recently I've found something that seems to work quite well. I've tested it a bit in a few battles against some random people on the PSS. I haven't lost any matches since making this team and the worst I've done is 3-0. So I haven't seen any yet but I'm here to get some advice on what could be even better or what could be a severe weakness.

Balakay (Scrafty) Lum Berry
Ability: Moxie
Evs: Atk 252/Sp D 4/Spe 252
Nature: Jolly
-Dragon Dance
-Drain Punch
-Crunch
-Ice Punch

I've seen the potential that Scrafty has and I used one all the way through White 2 and it jut wrecked everything. I've based my team somewhat around this D-dance Scrafty. I use it by taking out any major threats first and then bring Scrafty in to set up 1-2 D-Dances and then Scrafty will sweep everything. Lum berry because status effects can make him almost useless.

Victini @ Life orb
Ability: Victory Star
Nature: Adamant
Evs: Atk 252/ SpD 4/Spe 252
-V-Create
-Bolt Strike
-U-Turn
-Dazzling Gleam

This Victini is amazing. I know it's another physical attacker but at times when I need it Victini can be a great lead because he'll outspeed most things and u-turn out when needed, but normally anything I've seen people to start with Victini can OHKO it or come very close to it. Victini can take a few hits too even though he has a few weaknesses he'll still take enough hits to do more than he ever needs to in battle. Also I don't know what I'm doing with Dazzling Gleam so if anyone knows a better alternative than please let me know.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability:Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
Evs: Hp 248/ Def 32/ SpA 4/ Spe 224
-Rapid Spin
-Scald
-Psyshock
-Recover

I could never find a rapid spinner that was both bulky enough and fast enough to work for me. I had my doubts about Statmie but it's proved to be very useful. I don't mean it to be but it works very well as a secondary wall (behind my Dusclops).
This thing can take hits and give them back as well. It's not the best, probably, but it seems to fit quite well for me.

Kevin (Dusclops) @Eviolite
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Bold
Evs: Hp 252/Def 252/SpD 4
-Curse
-Night Shade
-Will O' Wisp
-Pain Split

This Dusclops is here just to be a physical tank and it does that perfectly. Either coming in to take a hit or burn something if it seems desirable. It can pain split to get its health back or it can curse to get rid of a pesky wall quite quickly. The Night Shade hasn't proven too useful yet but it can whittle down something's health while it sits there and takes hit, after hit ,after hit.

Accordion (Skarmory) @ Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish
Evs: Hp 224/ Def 252/ SpD 32
-Stealth Rock
-Whirlwind
-Roost
-Brave Bird

This is my reliable lead. I fought a lot of Skarmory sets before getting one but after learning the stealth rock capabilities and I took a look at it's stats I knew it had good potential for this team. The only reason when for me to not lead with Skarmory is when the opposing team is littered with fire types or electric types. Although once the any major threats to Skarmory are gone he can be brought out to set up rocks for the rest of the team (if necessary). I can also rely on this Skarmory with its Brave bird/roost combo to just wipe the floor with anything or at least chip down the opposing teams health.

StepBack (Mawile) @ Mawilite
Ability: Sheer Force
Nature: Jolly
Evs: Hp 28/ Atk 252/ Spe 224
-Swords Dance
-Play Rough
-Sucker Punch
-Ice Punch

Taking my mega slot is Mawile. Now don't get me wrong I love mega Mawile and everything about it and this was one of my first teams using it. However on this team I don't get much use of it and normally it doesn't show up in any battle. I have been seriously thinking of changing it out for some special attacking mega such as Charizard-Y. I'm willing to take suggestions on this matter or if Mawile should stick on the team or I'm willing to run no mega at all if it seems to be a better option. It just seems that I don't get any use out of Mega Mawile and I feel that's it taking up valuable space for this team.

So yeah, that's my team and I'm here to ask for any standout weaknesses and any suggestions for swapping out any pokemon such as my mega.

Also I apologize for poor grammar.
