Well, you need three lines of description for each of your Pokemon, or this will get locked.
Aside from that, replace Primarina. Although there isn't actually anything wrong with it as such, it's completely outclassed at your set, and at most things in OU, by the following Pokemon:
Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Surf
- Draining Kiss
Better bulk, much better ability, and better speed than Primarina. It's weaker, but that's not particularly necessary for a bulky boosting set like that.
