Changes in Red

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Jolly Nature
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 80 HP/ 252 Atk/ 176 Spe
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- Trick
- U-Turn
This is a standard Jirachi lead. SR or Trick slower leads to make them switch. Im currently trying him out so i dont know if another lead might be better, but i want to set up SR at least. I used to have an Anti-Lead Machamp on this team, but SR would have really helped the team get some KOs on Salamence and other Top Threats. He can also serve as a late game revenge killer provided he doesn't lose his scarf.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Timid Nature
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def/ 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spe
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Substitute
- Pain Split
What I like about this set is the durability, and the ability to actually defeat Blissey, which can be a pain since 4/6 of my pokemon are Special Attackers, but they can actually all counter Blissey. With Pain Split, I can easily get some pokemon into KO range for a teammate before dying. Gengar is on this team mainly because I always liked him. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast give him the coverage he needs to be effective.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/ 40 Def/ 216 Spe
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Taunt
- U-Turn
I chose Gliscor on this team because it was suggested by a rater to counter Lucario. I also realised he can work well with Blissey since he has good Defense and resists Fighting. U-Turn is here over Toxic on the Stallbreaker Gliscor to switch to a counter since most Bulky Waters mean setup opportunities for Kingdra. He can also profit from Sandstorm teams like Kingdra profits from Rain teams. The rest is pretty basic.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive Nature
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 48 Atk/ 252 SpAtk/ 208 Spe
- Flamethrower
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot
- HP Ice
I chose MixNape here to replace my old MixGross, who gave my team an unnecessary fire weakness and didnt have the speed to pull off a sweep. Also, ive noticed it can sweep a lot of teams. I chose Specially Based MixNape because he can act as a better check to most of OU than physical MixNape. 208 Speed was given to outspeed other Napes while only giving up 4 Attack Points, still leaving Close Combat decent power.

Kingdra @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
- Dragon Dance
- Substitute
- Outrage
- Waterfall
Kingdra was chosen here to replace Suicune since I wanted a Dragon Dancer. I chose him over Salamence and Dragonite since he is not as easily revenge-killed and can profit from enemy rain dance teams. He can easily set up on a Bulky Water like Vaporeon switch-ins to Gliscor, as Gliscor can U-Turn to Kingdra on the switch, and Kingdra can Substitute to dodge Toxic and other status, and Dragon Dance to boost its stats. Outrage and Waterfall give very good neutral STAB, only resisted by Shedinja and Empoleon, both rarely seen in OU.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SpDef
- Wish
- Protect
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
Blissey is here to wall special attackers and pass wish to others. Ive faced her before and she can be a pain. Toxic allows her to Stall the enemy with Wish/Protect. Usually, when people see Blissey, they switch to their physical attacker and take a Toxic in the face, crippling them. Blissey serves her role of passing wish and stalling well, and is a great addition to the team.
That was my team. Please rate and give suggestions.
