RMT Need Help with a new OU team

Hidden Killer

So I decided to make an OU team. Turned out OK, but I want YOUR opnion. Very standerd and predictable, but it gets the job done, just tell me what you think

The Idea behind the team is that it is well balanced and to have Sleep, Toxic AND Burn Support, the idea is also to hide sweepers behind a wall of status. The only think I (as in

NOTE: These are all pokesav'd

@Leftovers
Sassy
31/31/31/31/31/31
252 HP 80 Def 86 Atk 92 Sp.Def
Levitate

~Gyro Ball
~Stealth Rock
~Hypnosis
~Earthquake

JOB:Starer, Setting up Stealth Rock, Sleep Support and Small damage inducer.

DISCRIPTION: This Bronzong is very standered and used a lot, it's idea is to set up steath rocks as soon as possible. Followed with hyponsis and Gyro Ball for some extra damage. Earthquake takes care of heatran in 2 hits or so (1 KO's -Defence Nature 0 HP and Def EV'd heatran which is not a likly appearence, 2HKO's standerd 6HP 0 Def Heatran with a netural defence nature, and 3HKO's anything above that.) Don't correct me on that, I may have been wrong.

~Nasty Plot
~Flamethrower
~Grass Knot
~Close Combat

JOB:One of the only Skarm Counters on my team, good for setting up and sweeping but is sadly walled by starmie, Mix Hitter, Revenge Killer (Somewhat...)

DISCRIPTION: Setting up with this infernape is deadly to wall teams but pretty poor to anything above base 105 speed that use a +Speed Nature.
This works as a GREAT mix attacker to any team however this is the ONLY pokemon on my team that I did not consider type coverage with, so by all means I need your opnion on that.

Intimidate

~Dragon Dance
~Dragon Claw/Outrage (I might change Dragon Claw or Outrage)
~Earthquake
~Flamethrower

JOB: Mix Hitter, Dragon Dancer. Best Infernape Counter.

DISCRIPTION: Another Pokemon that reilies on the status of my other Pokemon to attack Well, naturally Burn allows him to take hits, sleep time to set up, and toxic to hot the enemy into killing range. Flamethrower OHKO's Foretress most of the time (unless it has 252 Sp.Def EV's and Max HP) Earthquake is my only counter to a bulky Heatran (assuming it dosen't pack HP Ice) and infernape, since bronzong is OHKO'd by FlareBlitz from a Max Attack Ape.

Adament
31/31/31/31/31/31
6 HP 252 Atk 252 Def
Inner Focus

~Swords Dance
~ESpeed
~Close Combat
~Stone Edge (Since I don't have much coverage aginst flying on my team, I chose this over Crunch)

JOB:Revenge Killer, Priority, Physical Sweeper

DISCRIPTION: This Luke works best when I launch status from Cress Gengar or Zong, Sleep gives time to set up while Burn allows him to take hits. Toxic ruins other focus sash users and Extremespeed can lower my opponent into the range for Toxic to take it out. This thing is badly crippled by stealth rock due to low speed and no attack boosts. It also has problems against Cress and Dusknoir (however my Cress makes meals of them with Toxic)

252HP 232 Defence 24 Speed

~Toxic
~Moonlight
~Calm Mind
~Phychic

JOB:Mixed Wall, Annoyer, Toxic Staller.

DISCRIPTION: This is a set of my own creation (however it may be on smogon boards, idk) thats works pretty well, it has trouble against steel types but that's about it, toxic annoys the crap out of people when combined with Moonlight. Use of overprediciton is key to this, knowing when the opponent is going to give from the Toxic and switch out really helps.

@Wide Lens
This is a Gengar, idk what happeneed to the picture.
Timid
31/31/31/31/31/31
6 HP 252 Sp.Atk 252 Speed
Levitate

~Will-O-Wisp
~Shadow Ball
~T-Bolt
~Focus Blast

JOB: Special Sweeper, Burn Support, Fastest Pokemon on Team.

DISCRIPTION: A Varation of the standerd set, having opponents switch into something that they think can abosrb sleep (like a powered down physical sweeper) can fool them, this has worked against Metagross, Salamence, Wevile, and any Focus Sash and/or physical sweeper combo.

So Tell me what you think.

You're relying in status to come into play to set up your sweepers. I see a slight Gyara weak, he can set up on a lot of your mons and proceed to sweep. Can I suggest Hidden Power Electric / Nasty Plot on infernape simply because that doesn't allow Gyarados to set up on you so easily (I can't remember whether T-Punch does more damage after an intimidate).

One other thing, you might want to run Porygon 2 > Cresselia. You're not too mixape weak anyway so changing Cress to Pory2 will allow you greater coverage against Gyarados, and will allow you to spread around Toxic / Thunder Wave as you wish as well, it also has a more reliable recovery move than cress, and also better type coverage. The set would look something like this:

~ Thunder Wave / Toxic
~ Thunderbolt / Discharge
~ Ice Beam
~ Recover

That is pretty much the standard set expect with Toxic > Magic Guard as thats what it had before to outstall other things. This means that Gyarados won't rape you after 1 DD and you also don't have to sacrifice anything to it. This will also give you additional coverage against Salamence, and slightly patchy coverage vs Skymin (Air Slash Hax etc...) Apart from that if you are having any more probalems come back and ask and we will try to sort it out.

Well I've been having about 30 battles or so since I posted this and the teams' been working wonders. I switched Gengar for a Scarfed Porygon-Z (sometimes) for a more POWER type team, but I do still have one concern, neither Cressila NOR the porygon-2 goldfan suggested have been winning much.. I just... DON'T send them out often, maybe it's in my head.. since I've been 3-0'ing without any use of cress or P2 at all....

Well thank you smogon communtiy =D

A simple way to beat Gyarados would be to use Rest / Sleep Talk / Psychic / Charge Beam on Gyarados, Psychic helping with Infernape. Or, you don't even have to use RestTalk, Moonlight / Charge Beam / Psychic etc.

How exactly does this team handle DDTar? Sure you have Bronzong (provided he hasn't already Exploded), and he takes 63.31% - 74.85%. With SR up, Lucario, Salamence, Infernape and Gengar stand no chance. Cresselia takes 75.68% - 89.19%, and can't do much back =\ Basically as soon as Bronzong is out, if TTar gets a DD, it's over.

Boah too, eats your team. Ice Beam / Focus Punch / Dark Pulse or Crunch / Substitute will rampage most of this team, again with SR up.

I would put Hariyama (Rest / Sleep Talk / Cross Chop or Force Palm / Earthquake, 76 HP / 180 Def / 252 SpD, Careful, Thick Fat) over Salamence..to help with Tyranitar too.
It takes;
- 37.72% - 44.42% from +2 LO MixApe's Flamethrower
- 46.88% - 55.13% from a LO MixApe's Close Combat (9.6% chance to 2HKO with Leftovers in play)
- 23.66% - 28.13% from a Max SpA Modest Heatran Fire Blast
- 42.63% - 50.22% from a +1 LO Jolly Tyranitar's Stone Edge
