Spoonin! (Alakazam) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Energy Ball
- Psychic
- Taunt
- Encore
My lead. Very simple loves to taunt so SR cant be set up early. If a poke is faster and manages to set up the rocks ill just encore. Like suicide Aero. Pyschic just for stab and energy ball for well...swampert mainly and other water leads, or ground leads. Usually i switch out if the taunts successful to a counter and save zammy for late game with life orb he hits hard as well as annoys foes. Inner focus is also good to stop fake out users like ambipom and ape.

Savior (Shedinja) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SAtk
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor
- Shadow Sneak
- Will-o-wisp
Fun guy to use SD on the switch and the (hopefully) KO with focus sash or priority. Also fun to wall people immensely.

Leoreo (Magmortar) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]/Hidden Power [Ground](?)
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
Good revenge killer that hits the stuff that shedinja doesnt and is reletively fast with nice power. Overheat for beginning then after some scouting flamethrower/T-bolt. HP Ice for dragons but havent seen many that much lately might take out Roar on pert for ice beam to block dragons and give this guy HP ground for more common threats (Mainly heatran >_>)

Wingman (Swellow) (M) @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Facade
- Quick Attack/U-turn(?)
- Roost
Good late game sweeper. Quick attack has been failing on me lately so thinking about switching it out for u-turn. Roost gives it a little more durability last a little bit longer. Pretty standard.

Mud Sport (Swampert) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Impish/Relaxed nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Waterfall
- Roar/Ice Beam
Sets up those ever helpful rocks and is a defensive tanking beast. Gonna test a little bit more and see if i should swap out roar for ice beam if i do decide to use ice beam nature will be changed to relaxed

HentaiFTW (Tentacruel) (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP/4 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Surf
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Rest
Gets rid of the nasty rock that kills 1/2 of my team and sets up toxic spikes. Also absorbs toxic spikes which is awesome because a lot of my team doesnt have instant recovery or natural cure. Takes all special attacks beastly (on the exception of some special beasts with specs).

Other Stuff: Thinking about changing Magmortar out for heatran maybe and thinking about switching out swellow for kingdra with rain dance and DD...Tell me what you guys think and feel free to leave a constructive comment or edit the whole thing if you want. I really think this team has potential its just missing something i think i just dont know what. Thanks guys!

Your Alakazam lead is basically a worse Azelf lead, since Azelf has access to Explosion, Fire Blast, and Stealth Rock and has very similar stats to Alakazam.
Due to Stealth Rocks being in almost every battle, and the fact that sometimes you won't be able to Spin them away, Shedinja should never, ever be used in OU. Sandstorm and Hail are also often used, and ruin Shedinja completely.
Swellow as a lategame sweeper is not viable in Standard either, because it is killed by the priority that is on almost every team now, and also by everything with a Choice Scarf. It is OHKOed by Scizor, number one on the ladder.
This team will not work at all. You should start over.

I suggest tweaking Alakazams set to make him a trick choice specs set and swap the lead around to Swampert who is probley the best lead atm.

While I think Staraptor's words were a bit harsh, I do think your team could use some improvement.

At least in this day and age, Alakazam is a bit outdated. He is far too squishy, and could easily be replaced with Azelf if you wanted a suicide lead. However, you do already have a Swampert on your team, and he makes a great lead, so I suggest you move him to your lead. As for his moves, I think the moveset you have right now is okay, and I don't think you need roar. Swampert is bulky, but he isn't a complete wall, and I think roar is better left to big tanks like Hippowdon and Skarmory who can really take hits. By the time you've switched him into something to something thats going to boost up, the hit he'll take from the boost will probably leave too much of a dent in him. And also on that note, I don't think ice beam is required either, though its not a bad choice. Most of the dragons (salamence) I fight are DD, and Swampert cannot take a hit from one very well, and the same goes for CB and specs.

I love Shedinja, but he does not have a place in OU. There is sandstorm, rocks, and pursuit everywhere, and it is just not a place Shedinja wants to be. He becomes more of a liability and you're basically fighting with a 5 person team because of him.

I think you should invest in replacing Magmortar with Heatran. Heatran is just a great pokemon and will probably serve you much better, no matter what set you run.

Swellow is just too fragile. While he could potentially unleash destruction given the right circumstances, its just too hard given his rock weakness, his ongoing burn damage, potential sand, and just about everything hitting him for at least decent damage. He would get wrecked by priority moves, and just doesn't have much of a spot in an OU enviornment.

I like Tentacruel, but your EV's seem strange. The write up here on smogon for the first set I think will help you a lot more, and I also think Knock Off, Ice Beam, or even Sludge Bomb will do you better than Rest. Rest just makes you set up bait.

I hope some of this information helps!

edit: I just did some math for Swampert because I was really curious about it myself. A naughty, 232 Atk, +1 mence using outrage will do a maximum of 95% (387 damage) to a 252/252 relaxed Swampert. This means you can switch into a Salamence on the DD, survive the outrage (baring critical hits), and OHKO back with Ice Beam (assuming SR damage I believe), assuming you have not taking any previous damage and you have leftovers.
