I didn't bother to list my reasons for choosing these, but if you want me too, I will.
 
You should probably gain a significant amount of battling experience, because this team is hardly competitive. You've mixed UU and OU, so you must compete in OU, and this team will not survive there. Hyper Beam is a terrible move, and you should never use EVs that aren't multiples of four or neutral natures. That's just the tip of the iceberg, though... Your team needs a complete makeover.
 
Many of your EV spreads are messed up. EV's gain stat points at every four points, so for RMTs, you want to present the EV spreads with all numbers divisible by four. You do not want to use neutral natures because it is better to use a stat boosting nature for your best stat, and then just using EV's to even your other stats out. Also, as Great Sage has already pointed out, you should gain some more battling experience as this team will most likely lose to any standard OU team.
 
It looks like a cluster of ingame pokes thrown together, it would need building from the ground up. I couldn't really suggest anything less than a whole new team.
