RMT of coursre x)

My first team to be up on smogon, I'm 10-2 but I want to know if I could improve my team even more

Infernape Focus sash
Ability: Blaze
stats: Hp 264/Atk 283/Def 170/Sp.Atk 249/Sp.Def 135/Speed 313
Nature: Rash
-Mach Punch
-Fire Blast
-Stealth Rock
-Endeavor

The lead of my team fast enough to set up stealth rocks, after they're set if infernape was attacked it'll use endeavor and the opponents pokemon is set to 1 hp, set for the kill, Fire blast is for bronzong leads, and mach punch is if infernape still hangs in there after endeavor is used.
Not too sure if I should use this or a fake out infernape as a lead

Uxie light clay
Ability: levitate
Stats: Hp 265/ Atk 161/ Def 370/ Sp.Atk 150/ Sp.Def 340/Speed 197
Nature: Impish
-U-turn
-Thunder Wave
-Light Screen
-Reflect

My dual screener of the team, it sets up my teams defenses, while also crippling the other pokemon with thunder wave, giving a pokemon on my team like Porygon-Z to set up nasty plot and sweep away, U-turn is for taunters and to switch out when screens are set.

Porygon-Z leftovers
Ability: Adaptibility
Stats: Hp 322/ Atk 162/ Def 224/ Sp.Atk 389/ Sp.Def 161/ Speed 195
Nature: Modest
-Nasty Plot
-Psychic
-Ice Beam
-Tri-Attack

My special sweeper, supported by Uxie's dual screen and T-wave, he sets nasty plot and blasts away everything in it's way x)

Zapdos leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Stats: Hp 383/ Atk 179/ Def 275/ Sp.Atk 286/ Sp.Def 209/ Speed 245
Nature: Bold
-Heat Wave
-Thunderbolt
-Roost
-Roar

My plan with this is after Porygon-Z is done, switch back Uxie and set screens again, then let Zapdos come in and either attack or scramble the team with roar who will also be damaged by the stealth rock left by Infernape, it'll kinda give me an idea of the opponents team and help with further predictions, If Uxie's gone then sweep or roar either way, roost will help heal if I switch in a poke faster than Zapdos

Gengar life orb
Ability: Levitate
Stats: Hp 300/ Atk 198/ Def 203/ Sp.Atk 389/ Sp.Def 235/ Speed 296
Nature: Modest
-Hypnosis
-Shadow Ball
-Energy Ball
-Thunderbolt

beatiful sp.atk with the aid of life orb, doing high damage against the opponent hypnosis is there to put those annoying pokes asleep <<'

Weavile Focus sash
Ability: Pressure
Stats: Hp 270/ Atk 325/ Def 137/ Sp.Atk 122/Sp.Def 174/ Speed 367
Nature: Naive
-Ice Punch
-Shadow Claw
-Aerial Ace
-Brick Break

My physical sweeper, not much to say here lol mainly used to do damage and finish off the weak, because his speed and attack is so reliable

Well here's my team I want constructive help and hints good or bad, tell me my holes, maybe better movesets, items, or even pokes to replace. I'm looking to be the best and I want to start here Thanx for reading and rating x)

Hello Landshark.

I can't fully rate your team until you give me the EVs you used to reach each stat on your Pokemon. However, a few quick things you can change to make your team better are the following: Going with Vaccuum Wave over Mach Punch on Infernape is generally recommended on Infernape so you don't have to split the offensive EVs between Attack and Special Attack. Low IVs in the defenses and a Naughty or Hasty nature is generally advised as well to rack up the most Endeavor damage. In any case, you'll need a +Speed nature to effectively Speed tie other Infernape and the like. Your team definetly doesn't lack Speed, so Thunder Wave is not the best choice on Uxie. Going with a different support move is advised. Psychic and Ice Beam in combination with Tri Attack make you Tyranitar bait (plus gives redundant coverage), so I recommend Hidden Power Fighting and Dark Pulse as secondary attacks. Going Timid on Gengar will allow you to Speed tie other Gengar and give you some security versus Latias. I recommend Focus Blast over Energy Ball so, again, you can actually touch Tyranitar (plus it has better overall coverage!). Your Focus Sash will very likely be useless every game, as the majority of teams set Stealth Rock up early (if not on the lead, that is). Going with Choice Band will give you extra power and revenge opportunities.

Good Luck, and edit in the EVs!
