I hope you could help me to make this team better

Hello there.
First of all, let me suggest you that you might want to expand the explanations on your pokemon, as raters would greatly appreciate to know what roles your pokemon fill, as well as why you chose them, their moves, etc.

But now, to your team... I see a pretty big weakness to Sun-teams as 3 of your pokemon are weak to Grass, and 3 are weak to fire as well. On the other hand, you have a status absoreber, which is great, and some SR and spikes resistance. Now, to try to make better you team, why don't you trya a Heatran in stead of your Mamoswine? It's reliable, adds bulk and helps you deal with some weather teams.

Heatran @ Air Ballon
Modest nature
EVs: 248 HP / 52 Sp.Atk / 200 Sp.Def / 8 Spe
Stealth Rock | FireBlast | Earth Power | Hidden Power (Ice)

There are some minor things you should change too. For example, you might want your Jellicent to have Shadow ball over Ice Beam and make Rotom-W into a Trick user:

Rotom- W @ Choice Specs
Timid nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe
Trick | Volt switch | Hydropump | HP fire

And Jirachi's Psychic... I'm not so sure about it. Maybe you should go to the typical Bodyslam.

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
