RMT-OU and UU

My friends and I are starting a friendly battle with all tiers, bar legendaries and Wobbuffet/Wynaut. Any input on my team would be great!

Aerodactyl @ Leftovers/Focus Sash
Jolly - Pressure

Rock Slide

Aerodactyl's primary mission is to set up Stealth Rock, and then Toxic+Whirlwind everyone else, or attack whenever someone weak to Rock Slide comes in. Leftovers would help prolong its Toxic+Whirlwind run, but Focus Sash would insure at least one Toxic.

This moveset covers every type except for Water, Ghost, and Psychic. Outrage being the primary move, the others cover almost every other type.
After being confused from Outrage, Miltank can Heal Bell it back (read on).

This set is made purely to abuse Serene Grace. Air Slash as the main STAB attack, and Shadow Ball for Ghosts/Psychics. Flamethrower is to burn and deal damage to Steel types, which resist all of its other moves.

Miltank @ Focus Sash/Leftovers

Milk Drink
Heal Bell

Miltank can switch in on a resistance or immunity (Shadow Ball) and use Heal Bell to help the team. Toxic afterwards, and then Milk Drink before leaving. Body Slam can be used instead of Toxic for Paralysis over Poisoning, and a little bit of damage.

Heracross @ Flame Orb
Adamant - Guts
Night Slash
Megahorn
Brick Break
Aerial Ace/Facade

With Heracross's already massive attack, the Flame Orb boosts it even higher with Guts. Megahorn and Brick Break are the two main STABs, with Night Slash for Ghosts/Psychics. Aerial Ace can be used against other Bug Types, Grass Types, and Fighting Types, but Facade provides a 140-base-power move when in need.

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Modest - Leftovers
Rain Dance
Surf
Thunder
Ice Beam

Lastly, Lanturn can set up a Rain Dance and hit 100% of the time with a 120 base power STAB Thunder, or a slightly weaker (but boosted) Surf. Ice Beam is for handling Dragons and Grass Types which would otherwise harm it.

So my team is based mostly off of crippling the other team with Paralysis, Burn, and especially poison. Any input would be great, and thanks for your time.
