My team at a glance. Trying to make a team with good synergy. Hopefully this team is it!

swampert.png

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP/52 SAtk/216 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Protect
- Hydro Pump
- Earthquake

This is my Anti-Lead. Most people will say that Anti-Leads are things with Fake Out and Taunt and such. This is not the case here. This is probably the bulkiest lead and the only lead that have survival. SR to start if they don't Taunt. If a Taunter is used I use Hydro Pump which should KO most leads. Earthquake is for STAB. Protect is an amazing move for a lead to counter the explosion with ease.

salamence.png

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 84 Atk/208 Spd/216 SAtk
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Outrage
- Earthquake

I needed a nice bulky Mix Sweeper on this team and Salamence fit the role perfectly. Move set is pretty good. Draco Meteor for a last ditch attack. Fire Blast for Steels with Levitate. Outrage for Physical Stab and EQ for Fire/Steels without Levitate. This thing can take 2-3 Pokemon out before he dies. One of my favorite pokemon I have ever used.

latias.png

Latias (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 80 HP/176 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt
- Surf
- Trick

I used to run a Calm Mind set Latias, but with Scarf it has so many possibilities. Draco Meteor for STAB and to dent walls. Thunderbolt for Gyarados. I cant decide between Grass Knot or Surf. Grass Knot hits Swampert as well as Hippo/Rhyperior. Trick to cripple walls. One of my favorite Special Sweepers in the game.

Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Spe
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Drain Punch
- U-Turn

Pretty Standard. Drain Punch gets the Technician Boost and its a reliable way to heal. Im going some tests on it right now.

starmie.png

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 236 HP/56 Def/216 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

I needed a Spinner to help out Salamence be able to come in unharmed. Starmie was a great option. Gave it a bulky EV set, and Recover so it lasts longer. Surf for STAB and killing Infernape and bulky Grounds. TBolt for Gyara and Skarmory.

breloom.png

Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/210 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Spore
- Swords Dance
- Mach Punch
- Stone Edge

Some people might say wheres Focus Punch? I say, its not needed at all. I needed a revenge killer on this team. I didnt really like Weavile or Infernape as revenge killers. I also needed a Status Absorber, so I remembered Breloom. Spore can cause switches so I get a free SD or two. Mach Punch will reck havoc on a team. Stone Edge for Flying types.

Just a couple of quick comments from me:

Surf is better than Grass Knot on Latias. Most people won't switch in Swampert or Hippowdon to Latias anyways, as they are generally much weaker specially than physically (fairly certain they are both 2HKOd by Draco Meteor). Surf also gives you perfect coverage, while Dragon + Electric + Grass fails against Magnezone and Steelix. I definitely enjoy this Latias as well, it makes a great check to DD Mence and DD Gyarados.

On Breloom, Stone Edge is probably preferable to Seed Bomb. Grass/Fighting has very imperfect coverage, notably failing to hit most flying Pokemon for even Neutral damage. Without Stone Edge, things like Zapdos and Salamence can switch in and laugh at you. However, both of these Pokemon outspeed and can hit with a Super Effective Fire attack, so you're probably better off switching out anyways.

You have a quite solid team, just some suggestions:

1) Give Swampert a relaxed nature and this EV spread: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA, giving it hydro pump over waterfall. With hydro pump you'll be able to 2hko Skarmory and Forretress and you'll also severely hurt Hippowdon (which is always 2hko'd by hydro pump, while waterfall is a 4hko factoring leftovers, meaning that Hippo can easly slack off the damage and roar you out).

2) It's usually prefereble to run a -sp.def nature on mix-Mence, since with intimidate it can switch into most physical neutral or resisted attacks quite easly.

3) I see some problems with Scizor: it can easly trap and kill both Latias and Starmie with pursuit, so it can pose quite a threat to your team, also considering that the only safe switch into Scizor is Swampert, which may be soon weakened enough, being your lead and your only check to both TTar and Metagross. Though I like Jirachi, I would probably consider a scarf Magnezone in that spot, so you'll at least revenge kill Scizor after it has killed Latias or Starmie. However, if you're smart enough to predict a bullet punch you can also switch into it and ohko with hp fire. So:

Magnezone@choice scarf
nature: naive
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-thunderbolt
-hp fire
-flash cannon
-explosion

Explosion is mostly a filler and is there for Blissey, though you shouldn't have problems with her with Breloom and Salamence.

4) Consider stone edge over seed bomb on Breelom, fight\rock gives perfect neutral coverage, and this way Salamence\Dragonite and Zapdos won't have free switches in (assuming that sleep clause is already active).

good luck!

You seem to have Gyarados very well covered so i would suggest putting Grass Knot on Jirachi running full Speed and Attack but a Naive nature this frees up Breloom so it can hit Flyers that wall it as you no longer need it to run a grass attack so you can run Stone Edge. It also enables you to at best speed tie with base 100s so Jirachi performs its role better as a Wallbreaker. I would also run Expert Belt on it so you can fake a scarf and land a Grass Knot on swampert more easily.

Your soul revenge killer is vulnerable to Scizor in a metagame with Scizor rampant not such a great idea. Surf is more reliable than grass knot and as such i would opt for that instead. Grass Knot is basically massive pursuit bait. This combination of moves also gives perfect coverage bar Shedinja.

Your team lacks a real threat to stall teams other than Salamence and because of this a well built stall team will beat you. It may be a good idea to make your Starmie an offensive LO variant with rapid spin but not recover as you already have a Gyarados check. This scares the pants off stall and you will often destroy the Rotom they inevitably employ to prevent spinning, in turn allowing you to spin and allow Breloom a chance at sweeping. Run 252sp.atk 252 speed. ice beam, Hydro Pump or Surf and Thunderbolt and Recover. This should give the team an offensive edge it desperately needs to beat stall and gives you an edge against offense.

Good Luck.

If you actually bothered to read what i posted.

I saw you wanted Grass Knot on Jirachi so I stopped reading there.
That Jirachi is made to abuse Serene Grace. Im considering a few pokemon for this team atm.

I was interested in ScarfFlygon. The ability to pull a quick U-Turn is nice and can scout opposing team members. Also I was considering Jirachi to use Choice Band or Scarf and giving it Ice Punch over TWave.

You already have scarf-Latias to revenge kill DD dragons and Gyarados, so both scarf-Flygon and scarf-Jirachi would be redundant.
As stated above, I'd be more worried about Scizor.
