RMT...please...and it's Standard OU/BL

This is my first RMT which I have been using on Shoddy. So be critical and help me out with my weaknesses. Thanks guys.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Adamant
Intimidate
72 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 184 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Waterfall

This is the standard DDdos, without Taunt. I chose not to use Taunt as I have another Taunter on my team. If you want me to add Taunt in, tell me whihc moves I should replace and how I should change the EV spread accordingly.

Gliscor@Leftovers
Impish
Sand Veil
252 Hp/ 186 Def/ 72 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang

The significance of Steath Rock is explained in detail with my next pokemon. Earthquake and Ice Fang for coverage. No Stone Edge as my Gyara has it already. If you think I need it, tell me then. I have 72 Speed Evs so that I can outrun Jolly T-Tar and Timid Magnezone.

Tangrowth@Leftovers
Impish
252 Hp/ 28 Atk/ 228 Def
-Sleep Powder
-Leech Seed
-Knock Off
-Power Whip

Ah...my Tangrowth. The way it is EV'd, it can withstand a ton of physical attacks. It also resists EQ, instead of the other Grass/Poison types. I put to sleep my counters, leech off the next guy, then Knock Off their items. Real useful. The Stealth Rock on Gliscor also helps Tangrowth as Stealth Rock hurts types that Tangrowth has a bad mathcup with. i.e. Fire, Bug, Flying, Ice.

Spiritomb@Leftovers
Calm
252 Hp/ 140 Sp. Atk/ 116 Sp. Def
-Hypnosis
-Taunt
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fighting

Spiritomb, my special wall. It not only fills that niche, but it acts as a sleeper, anti-spinner, and taunter. It has a lot of functions that really helps me out. Shadow Ball and HP Fighting for type coverage.

Weavile@Choice Band
Jolly
40 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 216 Spe
-Brick Break
-Ice Shard
-Night Slash
-Aerial Ace

Weavile, the CB user. Pretty standard with a few tweaks. I left off Pursuit for one reason....a lot of people expect it on a Weavile. This gives me more power with the rest of my attacks. I do however see a problem with the choice band as I don't have the freedom to switch attakcs. Should I replace it with another item? Is so, which one? I can't decide between Expert Belt or Life Orb.

Heatran@Choice Scarf
Modest
20 Hp/ 252 Sp. Atk/ 236 Spe
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Dragon Pulse
-Explosion

Heatran is now here! He's here to absorb fire type attacks and to function as a Special Sweeper. With Fire, Dragon, and Earth, I have a lot of type coverage. Dragon Pulse was chosen over HP Ice since a lot of Garchomps pack Yache berries. I explode when I have no more juice in Heatran.

And that's my team. Well, thought out criticism is appreciated and I thank you for helping me become a better competitive battler. Any questions, just ask.

Saying you already have another Taunter on your team isn't really a valid point for not using it on Gyarados. A lead-Gyarados SHOULD carry Taunt, as the ever so common Bronzong is completely shut down. It's unlikely that you'll sweep already at the begining too, as every team pack a counter to it (like Starmie, Vaporeon and Celebi).

I don't really think Gliscor fit into your team very well, as Spiritomb already takes care of the majority of the Fighting Pokémon. Your team is very weak to a Starmie (and other Water pokémon with an electric move in general) as Gyarados is your only resistance, who is unable to take a Thunderbolt. Personally I would replace Tangrowth in favor of Celebi, and make Spiritomp a bit more SpD oriented so it can take a Surf in a pinch. That will make Water pokémon in general a lesser threat to your team.
Also you should definitely run RestTalk on Spiritomb, as it's your only solution against a couple of Pokémon. Shadow Ball and HP Fighting is fine, though.

Basically, any pokémon with a Rock STAB will sweep you. After a Dragon Dance, a LO-Tar easily rip your team apart, as nothing is capable of taking care of it.
Having that said, enemy Heatran also rip your team apart. A Zapdos walls your entire team too, and a SubRoosting version can even sweep your team. I believe a RestTalk Swampert would fit right into your team, as it provide a Rock immunity and is capable of handling both Zapdos and Heatran. I suggest replacing Gyarados, as it don't provide any useful resistances.
Replacing Weavile with Deoxys-S would give you an extremely effective lategame sweeper, and it would make it easier to replace all your offensive pokémon.
