Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Lax Nature
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Earthquake
The Pokemon I built my team round: Landorus-Therian, a bulky Intimidate user that can handle a good amount of Pokemon. I am running the Stealth Rock variant instead of the Choice Scarf set. To go over the set, I run Knock Off to deal with Psychic types such as Espeon and Alakazam. Stealht Rock is what my set is based around. Hidden Power [Ice] is for Dragon/Flying types and for Dragon/Ground types and just Dragon types in general. I find it quite useful. I run Earthquake for the usual STAB and just being a staple on Landorus-Therian.
Heracross @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
This is my bulky physical attacker. I take advantage of the 185 attack and the wonderful ability Heracross-Mega gets. Skill Link along with the moves that partner along with it can break sashes and subs. I run Guts just to bait users into Will-O-Wisp and not Mega Evolving. I wanted to run Bulky, because running Speed on Heracross-Mega isn't the best choice most of the time, because it only has 75 Base Speed. Her's some of the power of Heracross-Mega: 252+ Atk Mega Heracross Rock Blast (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mandibuzz: 280-330 (66 - 77.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery | 4 Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Heracross: 99-117 (27.1 - 32.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
Aggron @ Assault Vest
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
Another one of my bulky physical attackers. I thought to myself, "Hmm..Aggron-Mega!" I looked back at my team and noticed Heracross-Mega just sitting there. After thinking a bit, I chose Aggron with the Assault Vest item (252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Aggron in Sun: 259-306 (75.2 - 88.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO). Running Assault Vest allows me to survive a Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower IN THE SUN. I ran Rock Head + Head Smash and Iron Head for STAB. Earthquake was to hit Pokemon Electric types (I.E - Manectric-Mega). Fire Punch was there for extra coverage (To hit Scizor/Ferrothorn/Forretress).
Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Bug Buzz
- Sticky Web
My lead fodder user. Galvantula is best when running Sash + Sticky Web, to guarantee a Sticky Web unless being hit my Multi-Hit moves. The typing is great to me and fits in with the team quite a bit. I can outspeed Charizard-Mega-Y and OHKO it with a Compound Eyes Thunder. I can also survive Talonflame due to the Focus Sash and OHKO it as well. Volt Switch allows me to set-up Sticky Web and then switch out while still doing damage. Bug Buzz can hit Dark and Psychic types really hard. Setting up Sticky Web allows most of my Pokemon to outspeed things and hit them hard.
Manaphy @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Tail Glow
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
The little Water Fairy is here. Tail Glow and Surf are staples on Manaphy. So is Ice Beam. I was thinking Energy ball, but I decided Grass Knot. What do you think of this decision? Everything is basic on this Manaphy, but I ran Leftovers instead of Life orb on it. It is a big threat to most things after getting to +3 with Tail Glow. With having Water/Ice/Grass coverage it hits a lot Super Effectively.
Hitmontop (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Seismic Toss
- Sucker Punch
- Toxic
My final Pokemon being Hitmontop. It is another Intimidate user which can allow me to tank all physical hits. MY EV spread is Specially Defensive allowing me to tank Physical and Special hits well. Rapid Spin since hazards can affect a battle a lot later on. Seismic Toss just to always get a set amount of damage. I run Sucker Punch for Alakazam and Espeon (two OU psychic types that outspeed Hitmontop). I wanted to run Toxic just to hit things that Hitmontop can't really handle (Ex. Cofagrigus). Using Toxic will allow me to get the foe's HP low enough to finish them with Seismic Toss.

Pros & Cons
- I noticed that I have a bit of physical attackers and I lack special attackers. This could be a problem with Whirlwind/Roar Skarmory.
- I'm weak to Flying types, but Aggron can 4x resist Flying type hits.
- I tank a good amount of hits from moves.
