RMT please!

I just started a few days ago on competitive battling and would like some help with my team.

This is the list of my pokemons in my OU team:

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs:252SPAtk, 252Speed, 4HP
Nature: Timid
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic
- U-Turn

Role: Lead/Scouter
I chose Azelf as a lead because of its speed and its abilities to set-up Stealth Rock as well as to learn Taunt.
When faced with another lead which sets-up Stealth Rock, Spikes or any status inflicting skills, Taunt comes in handy.
Psychic for some Special attack and last but not least, U-Turn to return the fragile but fast Azelf, for other occasions
for Azelf to come in handily such as going against fragile sweepers that Azelf might just kill in one move.
Focus Band is selected for more scouting, and just in case the opposing lead is faster than Azelf, Azelf still can set-up Stealth Rock in the process.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252HP, 88Def, 168SpDef
Nature: Relaxed
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
- Protect
- Power Whip

Role:Annoyer/Tank/Seeder/Staller
With Substitute-Gengar in the team, Leech Seed comes in handy to let Gengar to have some sustainability. If the Opponent decides to switch out the seeded Pokmon, they would have to pay the cost of Stealth Rock. Toxic drains pokes in the team by dealing DoT exponentially over the turns. Protect stalls for Ferrothorn after it sets up Leech Seed and Toxic, and may turn Wall-Tearers in to prey of the wall. Last but not least, Power Whip is to wipe out Water-Grass attributed pokes as well as to alternate between Protect and Power Whip when facing a heavily offensive sweeper while Ferrothorn tries to annoy.

Infernape@ Choice Band
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252Atk, 252Speed, 4Hp
Nature: Jolly
- Fire Punch
- Close Combat
- U-Turn
- Stone Edge

Role: Physical Sweeper/Wall-tearer
Well, what more can I say? Fire Punch and Close Combat for STAB Physical Sweeping, Stone Edge for potential flying type threats such as Gyarados or perhaps Dragonite. Multiscale would have been rendered null with the Stealth Rock set-up. U-Turn just for scouting, or maybe used potentially against Psychic types.

Gengar @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs:252SPA, 252 Speed, 4Def
Nature: Modest
- Substitute
- Thunder
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Role:Special Sweeper
Gengar is a glass-cannon. Substitute for protecting itself against monster sweepers and Leech Seed for sustainabilty.
Thunder would be used to counter Politoed set-ups as Thunder would become a sure hit move under the rain. Shadow ball for STAB
and Focus Blast against Defense-oriented walls. Ferrothorn's weakness to Fighting and Gengar's immunity to Fighting gives me a free
turn to switch in Gengar and finish off the Opposing pokemon.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability:Intimidate
EVs: 156HP, 72Atk, 96Def, 184Spd
Nature: Adamant
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Bounce
- Taunt

Role: Physical Sweeper
The Usual Bulky-Dragon Dance-Gyarados Set-up. Bounce and Waterfall for STAB physical sweeping, while the previous set-up of Leech Seed of Ferrorthorn increases the bulki-ness, if there is such a word, of Gyarados. Dragon Dance to increase stats such that Gyarados becomes a monster to be feared. Taunt to prevent moves that increase status like Dragon Dance, Sword Dance, etc etc. while Gyarados clears the Opposing team with ease.

Haxorus @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4HP, 252Atk, 252Speed
Nature: Adamant
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Brick Break
- Shadow Claw

Role: Revenge Killer
If all else fails, H4XORUS wil do the trick! With Choice Scarf and 252 EV in speed and Attack, equipped with one of the highest Base attacks in the OU tier, H4XORUS with Choice Scarf becomes an ultimate choice for revenge. Outrage to let your opponents rage quit, Earthquake against Steel or Fire types, Brick Break against Normal types and Steel types walls. I got Shadow Claw on H4XORUS instead of Dual Chop or Dragon Claw because I feel that its quite redundant to have 2 Dragon-type moves and Shadow Claw will do well against other Ghost or Psychic types and it will be qutie unprecedented. But at the current moment, I do feel that Shadow Claw needs to be replaced by some other moves.

I do forsee pokemon with only Ice-Type weaknesses being a major threat and strong physical defenders being of a Challenge because the main bulk of my team consists of Physical attackers and there are no Ice movesets at all.

Do feel free to rate my deck and suggest how should I amend it. ^^ Thankyou!

youll have to expand your descriptions for the pokemon, give us a better look at what role they serve to the team other than just listing basic roles

so you have not tested it... please read the rules

I have tested, but it has not been quite a problem even with Pokemons with Ice-type weakness as they are generally Dragon types or Gliscor, already covered. And my battle experience is rather shallow, being only of a few days of age, so I would like to ask around if I can make any improvements to my team or any threats that I did not see when building the team. It is too typical just to base myself on the experience that I have against any teams.

Sorry if I sounded offensive or aggresive. Would mind looking at my team for me?
