Mixed Tyranitar, gets the sand going and breaks walls pretty well. Outspeeds Cresselia. Ice Beam for grounds and Fire Blast for steels which are the common switchins.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Jolly- 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP

Usually a revenge killer or late game sweeper. Jolly for all the random scarf crap that outspeeds adamant.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful- 216 SpDef, 200 Def, 92 HP
Body Slam
Rest
Crunch
Sleep Talk

Absorbs status and special hits. Body Slam for Para hax. 200 Def so it can actually survive fighting attacks.

Clears spikes and rocks from the field and counters Infernape, Gyarados and Dragons.

Skarmory @ Leftovers

Lucario @ Choice Specs
Timid- 252 SAtk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Aura Sphere
Psychic
Dragon Pulse
Dark Pulse

Special sweeper. Very powerful with Choice Specs.

Glaring Tyranitar, Heracross and Mamoswine weak. Gliscor over Skarmory helps out with the first 2 problems pretty nicely. Bronzong over Lucario helps with Mamoswine and gives you extra protection against Tyranitar, but then it might be a bit too defensive for your liking in which case I would try Heatran over Snorlax since it can still RestTalk. If you don't decide to add wish Tyranitar would get worn out rather quickly in which case I would use with Choice Band or Boah instead.

Gliscor may not help against Boah, though. Anyways, the thing I really see is the glaring fighting weakness. Those three weaknesses are bad, but you only have 1 resist to it, and Fighting is usually a combo with Ghost or Dark.MixApe takes 4 of your 6 pretty cleanly, and can't get Garchomp on the HP Ice switch. Essentially, once Starmie is gone, you're going to have trouble with it.

I'm not really sure that you need Snorlax to be a Rest-Talker all that much, the reason being that you have Starmie to sop up status already with Natural Cure, but if that works for you, then keep it up.

Your Lucario set isn't very good. Try SpecsLuke w/Aura Sphere/Shadow Ball/HP Ice/Vaccum Wave. This will help you get the jump on frail sweepers with Vaccum Wave, while being able to take down the OU Dragons just fine with HP Ice, landing many more OHKOs than Dragon Pulse can. Shadow Ball allows you to have more coverage than Dark Pulse when paired with Aura Sphere. You can always not use Vaccum Wave and put Psychic for taking down fighters, but IMO, you don't really need Psychic, since aside from taking down Fighters and Poisons, it's not very good.

I'd personally try a special defensive Dusknoir over Snorlax, the reason being that, like others have said, your team has a lot of pokemon weak to Fighting, but few resistances in comparison, and this leaves you open to a lot of threats. This can at least help you take those Fighting attacks. That's just my preference though.

I've probably missed something though. I was thinking you could take out Starmie as the spinner, and put in Hitmontop so you can counter Tyranitar much easier since he's really painful to your team right now, but then I'm not sure how you'd do against MixApe. Torkoal's not a bad spinner that can counter MixApe, but then T-Tar still gives the team problems...bleh, I'm not sure what I'd recommend.

Well, good luck anyway.
