your team may have some problems.

if you want to use hippowdon's sandstorm in tandem with garchomp;s sand veil abaility to its fullest effect, you may want to check out the brightpowder set.if you're goign to stcik with your garchomp, i use yache berry on mine just in case an ice attack does make contact.

i suggest making your weavile a revenge killer. ice shard over ice punch for some quick kills.

in my opinion, dusknoir has mor capabilities as a physical wall. i suggest a more dominant special wall.

your team may have problems with bulky watrs such as swampert and milotic.

also, on my team i run a choice scarf porygonz. i'm looking at your team and i'm seeing that i could OHKO most likely four of them and 2HKO the other two.

good luck!

Slack off would really help hippowdon survive a lot longer, you could put it over stealth rock or roar, preferably stealth rock since you can put that on something else.

I'd suggest putting Empoleon over Dusknoir. Dusknoir is good, but I just don't think it is right for your team. Empoleon is a decent special wall who can also do some damage back. It also resists ice which would be really helpful for your team, since half of it is ice weak. Empoleon is also immune to sandstorm, which is helpful.
Cradily is also an option if you want a special wall, it's very hard to take down in a sandstorm, has reliable recovery but it would also be another ice weak on your team, so I'd advise against it.
