Well just a pro-tip... you need to describe the roles/strategy behind each pokemon or we wont know how to rate it.

Here's a word of advice: Never lead with something like Forretress. You're gonna be set up fodder, especially if they have substitute. I recommend Weavile for your lead, using this set.

Weavile@Expert Belt
Jolly Nature
252 Atk., 252 Speed, 6 HP
-Pursuit
-Ice Punch
-Brick Break
-Taunt

This lead allows you to counter Gengar perfectly, and Taunt things that want to set up Stealth Rock/Spikes ect..

Vaporeon just isn't a Gyara counter. If your enemy Gyara has Taunt, then you sir, are fucked. I recommend HP Elec on it if you truely want a Gyara counter. But Gengar already works as one, so it's up to you. Just don't call something Gyara counter if it's not.

Pretty standard team. Some problems here, so I'll point them out.

Like the post above said, don't lead with Foretress. It let's a Gyarados set up, taunting all you're utility moves, and doing shit with Gyro Ball, unless you explode, but it still doesn't kill it. If you really want him your lead, I will suggest HP Electric on him, but I don't recommend it. I really don't see how any of you're pokemon can switch into a Heracross. Gengar seems to be the only thing that can switch in to a CC, but Pursuit kill him.

Gliscor over Foretress seems a better choice. It can set up SR, but not spikes. It counters all Heracross, and SD Lucario too, since it looks it can be a problem here too. As for the lead pokemon, you should put Gengar there. Yeah I know, weavile, but as much as Weavile can pursuit you, Gengar can hit it with Focus Blast. And I would not recommend Weavile lead, it gets shut down by Gyarados too. I really don't think Venadaur is a good Special Wall, I think a Blissey or Snorlax could do better here.

The team can have a hard time with SkarmBlissCress. Dragonite is the only thing that can Possibly take on SkarmBliss, but Cresselia could prolly set up reflect and WILL hit you back with Ice Beams. The SBC problem can be fixed by something like a Heracross, or a SD Lucario with crunch, although you might need a Sword Dance before you can attempt to do so.

So there are my suggestions, gl with the team, if you need movesets, feel free to ask.

Thanks for the advice. I will replace Forretress with Gliscor and Venusaur with Blissey.

But who should I take out for Hera or Lucario? Weavile?
