So my first go around, I tried for a straight out sweeper team. Didn't blow over well. This time though, it fares surprisingly well as what looks like a sweeper team but instead counters counters with unexpected sets.

Gengar @ Focus Sash
Levitate ~ Timid
6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
- Counter

- Taunt
- Shadow Ball
- Destiny Bond
CounterGar is a beastly lead, better than it's scarf brother I'd say. It scares off Gyarados, ruins other Gengar and Azelf leads, takes out TTar easier than ever, brings down any Snorlax, severely cripples Napes if they switch out after a shadow ball, prevents walls from setting up...the list goes on. Either take something out with shadow ball and DB the revenger, or counter something like a Weavile or TTar who thinks they have you trapped. He's not staying in long, nor is he switching out often so focus sash isn't an issue. Basically, this guy counters all the popular leads floating around shoddy today and becomes difficult to predict.

Bronzong @ Choice Band
Levitate ~ Brave
128 HP/252 Atk/128 SDef
- Gyro Ball
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Explosion
A personal favorite of mine that I've never seen done before, it probably has been but it's new to me. Gyro Ball coming off of that attack stat (with the 0 speed IV) is just insane. He does around 90% to Garchomp who either SD's or does around 25%-30% from his respective fire attacks. Whoever comes in on him is going to take a good chunk of damage regardless of its speed. No one I've played has caught onto his item either, as he can come in on a Gyarados's taunt and 2HKO with rock slide being able to take the hits back just to name the most commonly faced situation. EQ does a ton of damage to random stuff looking to set up on him as well. And explosion obviously does what explosion does. The spread allows him to survive hits from all over the spectrum, though it kinda sucks I can't find much of a better one.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Blaze ~ Lonely
6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
- Close Combat
- Mach Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Overheat
The I.R. Baboon set that gets a lot of unexpected KO's. Overheat has the potential to OHKO standard Bronzongs, as well as bulkier Jirachi. It can nail Weezing switch in's and also catches common Gyarados and Tentacruel switches. Swampert and Salamence can wall him, but at least Swampert won't want to risk a grass knot and Salamence is covered anyway.

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Sand Stream ~ Hasty
88 Atk/248 Spd/172 SAtk
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
I totally <3 this set. A wicked revenge killer that gets a ton of unexpected KO's and doesn't even have to come in on revenge to be able to make sure of the knock out. Zong, Nape, Gyara, and Gengar if he's still alive can all bait attacks for opposing Gars to use on TTar switching in. The spread allows him to outspeed standard Azelfs and OHKO them back which is all thats really needed. Thunderbolt 2HKO's Skarms who think they've got you walled. Ice beam OHKO's all the 4xdragons that don't carry extra bulk. Crunch is for the Ghosts and for a stab. EQ easily takes care of Infernape and Lucario...all of which will have no idea why you're switching in, and probably think you don't know how to play. Yea this guy is awesome.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Intimidate ~Adamant
212 HP/12 Atk/100 Def/184 Spd
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Taunt
Bulkydos with a tweak. Bulky enough to make that great Heracross and Infernape counter, yet fast enough after a DD to outspeed it's counters late game when they've all been weakened some. Outspeeds Modest Scarfgar after 2 DD's, and obviously OHKO's back. Taunt doesn't need any explaination. Of course I've been considering ice fang/EQ combo over waterfall/stone edge, but I'm fearing the loss of stab on such a defensive set would hurt me pretty badly in the long run.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Technician ~ Adamant
6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
- Swords Dance
- Quick Attack
- X-Scissor
- Roost
Gyarados taunts oncoming Celebi, I switch to this guy, get off an SD and see what I can do from there. His main job is take out pesky Cresselia and Celebi that try and wall my team. He functions as tank-ish wall too, as I needed someone to reliably take and shrug off some of attacks on the weaker end of the scale. He's also a badass late game sweeper, but he tanks for most of the match. If I'm lucky enough to get off 3 SD's...well he either sweeps or sets up for someone else to.

I'd make a threat list, but my last one sucked so I'm apparently not very good at it.
