Manaphy (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

Any1 know a better set for him.

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Pursuit

Dusknoir (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Defense, 6 HP
Impish Nature
-Focus Punch
-Will-O-Wisp
-Earthquake
-Pain Split
You definitely want max HP here. I'm a little meh on WoW here, mainly because Heracross could come in and rip you up. Don't say Pain Split, because Dusknoir meant to take hits and not abuse Pain Split

Togekiss (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EV's: Not sure?
Nature: Undecided
-Air Slash
-Shadow Ball
-Flamethrower
-Thunder Wave
It can learn Nasty Plot

I need help on this Poke.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers (?)
Trait: Intimidate
EV's: Not Sure?
Nature: Undecided
-Hydro Pump
-Fire Blast
-Dragon Pulse
-Filler
Filler = Draco Meteor
Item = Choice Specs

Toss Up Poke, Need Help on this 1 too, or a substitute.

PorygonZ @ Leftovers
Trait: Adadptive
EVs: 252 SAtk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Tri Attack
- Scheme
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
K

Godly Sp. Atk. I heard Azelf is better, but he can't BoltBeam, according to Serebii.

Rhyperior (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Def, 6 HP
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
Double Megahorn?????
Snow Slide > One of the Megahorns to hurt Land shark. Jolly is useless with that real sad base speed (don't say Marowak), ESPECIALLY if you aren't gonna put any Speed EVs in

Meh Standard. I wish I had a more fun moveset with him.

Lucario (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Humble Heart
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Extremespeed
- In-fight
- Filler (Don't know what to add)
Hi Jump Kick > In Fight (Close Combat) IMO. Filler is either Stone Edge or Crunch

He r0XX0rZ. Plus I think he's OU, so he's a worthy addition
I don't like how Togekiss and PZ is on the same team.
Gyarados could be problematic, and also watch out for CBGross

So, which 1 you think I should drop? Also Snow Slide on Rhyperior sounds cool.

Oh and for Salamence, is Draco Meteor really that good to be used with Dragon Pulse? By that I mean 2 moves of the same type on 1 Pokemon.

your team looks good.
quite similar to mine actually.
i think that SR Rhyperior would work here because two choice banders and a choice specs holder is very limiting.
for manaphy use surf/ice beam/tail glow/rain dance.

Draco Meteor hits stuff really hard early on, and then use dragon pulse laste game to clean up.

just for clarification, does that mean that switching out resets your SpA after it's been lowered by Draco Meteor? if not, then that doesn't give him a lot of potential after using it.

I'd ditch Manaphy for a Wish passing Vaporeon as you have three Choice users, all of which would like Wish support.

Togekiss with Wish/Scheme/Air Slash/Pulse Bomb or Grass Knot could work in place of PorygonZ if you want to keep Manaphy.

I think Rhypherior would benefit more from maxing out it's HP rather than it's Defense stat
Your 'essential' defense score is HP * defensive stat, so the goal is to maximize that. Unless you're trying to let Rhyperior better take on special hits, you want to bring up your defensive stat until it's at least 371 (Rhyperior's minimum HP) and then increase both of them to be equal. This maximizes HP*defense.

To sum up, if you want to defend against both, max HP first
To defend against a specific attack type (i.e special or physical) max that form of defence first.

Exceptions are things like Shuckle/Dusnoir that simply require max HP anyway.

No, that's not what I'm saying. You want to maximize HP*DefenseStat, where DefenseStat is either defense or special defense to defend best against that specific attack type.

I don't really understand what you are saying then. Surely it is obviously that to defence against physical attack you need both HP and Defence (not special defence)? What is the case then about if you only have 252 EV's spare (rest are in attack), and you ONLY plan on defending against physical moves?

You split them between HP and Defense such that HP*Defense is maximized.

Ok thanks. It would seem then, in Rhyperior's case, that it would be best to actually completely max defence if you had 252 Ev's spare and only wanted to defend against physical attacks (almost proving my point lol). But I guess Rhyperior's HP and defence stats are :fairly: similar.
