XY OU RMT Stall Wall

http://hastebin.com/makeruqexo.md
Very new at this and unfamiliar with the meta but this is the team it appears I'm going to be trying. Any advice would be appreciated.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 240 SpD / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
Soft-Boiled - Seismic Toss - Thunder Wave - Wish
Highlight of the team and my favorite pokemon around. Still debating between this build for better disruption and wish on allies or to go with toxic chansey. Regardless biggest wall and hard to knockdown through SpA.

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
Spikes - Brave Bird - Roost - Whirlwind
Chansey's partner in crime with his Defense to boot. Spike up the feel for more hazards and whirlwind out threats. Brave Bird helps deal with opposing Amoonguss.

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
Calm Mind - Will-O-Wisp - Recover - Shadow Ball
Such a wall and when in mega his new ability is makes him all the harder to down. Capable of being a sweeper with CM and SB or just burn them away over time with recover support.

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
Giga Drain - Clear Smog - Hidden Power [Fire] - Spore
Here mostly to deal with Garados which I saw as a potential problem against this team. Spore is always nice and an added Hidden Power to deal with a mirror if needed.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
Lava Plume - Stealth Rock - Toxic - Protect
Mega Charizard seemed to be a huge issue with my team so this is to counter that. Last thing I need is for a Charizard to mega and kill all my walls with his hybrid attacks of both At and SpA

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 116 Def / 128 SpD
Adamant Nature
IVs: ?
Waterfall - Dragon Dance - Rest - Sleep Talk
Heavy hitting sweeper that can also deal with Charizard if needed. Intimidate to deal with pokemon such as Talonflame etc.

This team looks really stally, and will work well. However, I see 2 changes that can be made. 1) I don't really know why you'd want Speed EVs in Chansey, yet alone so few. Those EVs can go into SpD. 2) I'd recommend Dark Pulse over Shadow Ball for Sableye, just because you won't be able to damage Normal types directly.

Hiya! I would make sure to check out the RMT Rules before posting a team, because you need at least three lines for each 'mon detailing the set, why you chose it, and their role on the team.
Onto the rate!:
  • I would probably move the 12 EVs in Speed into Special Defense on Chansey for the sake of it being a solid wall (12 Speed EVs probably wouldn't outspeed much, anyway.)
  • Shed Shell is pretty useless on Skarmory, since its main merit is to escape Shadow Tag and Gothitelle/Magnezone are the only users in OU. I would maybe try Rocky Helmet as a resource to hurting physical users (since Skarmory is acting as your physical wall), but Leftovers for added recovery alongside Roost can help too.
  • Based on your Sableye set, I would try an EV Spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA over your current spread. You don't really require the special defense investment, because Calm Mind will help you boost it up.
  • Since Heatran deals with Steel-types pretty well, I would try Foul Play over HP Fire on Amoonguss. Foul Play prevents Amoonguss from falling victim to set-up physical attackers that are immune to Poison (and it still hits them neutrally, too).
  • I would possibly try using Alomomola over Gyarados. While Gyarados is a great Pokemon, Alomomola may serve your team better in terms of stalling. It's a great wish-passer alongside Chansey, which can support your team greatly in the end. Try a set like this:
    Alomomola @ Leftovers
    Ability: Regenerator
    EVs: 120 HP / 136 Def / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Scald
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Toxic
That's about it from me. Feel free to discourage these suggestions, especially Alomomola if you want to keep Gyarados.
Good luck on your team! =)

The flinch chance might actually be better than lowering SpD as well. I honestly didn't even consider this move lol thanks for the input and yeah working on the ev training etc

Helmet seems like a good idea but believe leftovers on the other pokemon I have seems more beneficial or do you disagree?
Foul Play on Amoongus actually seems pretty helpful, plus it's a fairy type move if I'm not mistaken correct?
I literally hate everything about that fish, think it's mostly the way it looks lol. Any other suggestions about a replacement? I know you're looksing at things that would help wall more but shouldn't I have another sweeper or is it unnecessary

Sorry, didn't see this before DC
1) I would probably use lefties then for the added recovery, it doesn't hurt
2) Foul Play is dark type but it is still immensely helpful because Amoonguss can't be set up bait then
3) I'm not that experienced with stall but the main point as far as I know is to counter offense so you're not in dire need of a sweeper. I want to possibly suggest CroCune instead, although it's really just found in UU.
