Hello. This is my first RMT post. I have tons and tons of pokes and usually just throw together a team. But I decided to actually post one and get some support for once.

Team at a glance:

Raichu:

Focus Sash
Static
Timid Nature
4 HP/ 252 SAtk, 252 Spd
Nasty Plot
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Ice
Grass Knot

Ok. This is my lead. Its not a particularly good lead, it doesn't have taunt or SR or Trick or anything like that. But I can set up on turn one and with a few Nasty Plots I can usually take down a few pokes. Of course, If the other poke is faster I will switch or If they have fake out, but otherwise it works very well.

Rhyperior:

Leftovers
Solid Rock
Impish Nature
252 HP/252 Def/4 Atk
Stealth Rock
Roar
Stone Edge
EQ

I may sometimes use this as a lead due to its SR and ability to Roar away any early stat-upers. This is my Utility/Physical Tank. Instead of following the smogon suggestion I just opted for Max Defenses. I can tank loads of physical attackers and Fire back with my strong STAB moves.

Parasect:

Leftovers
Dry Skin
Careful Nature
252 HP/128 Def/128 SDef
Spore
Stun Spore
Seed Bomb
Knock Off

Here is my status inflicter. I used Dry skin so I could use it in tandem with Rhyperior. I can soak up Surfs, Grass knots, Close Combats and EQs that would usually tear through Rhyperior and because of my resists. Since I will be mainly Soaking up Surfs and taking 4* Weak Earth Moves I decided to use Seed Bomb over X-Scissor to hamper the earth and water pokes. Since my status will be causing switches I decided to use Knock off.

Clefable:

Leftovers
Magic Guard
Calm Nature
252 HP/156 Def/ 100 SDef
Thunder Wave
Encore
Wish
Seismic Toss

Ok. I have used this set alot and find it very bulky and useful. T-Wave is for more paralysis support. Encore+Wish work in tandem, so I can pass some health to one of my pokes and I know which move the enemy will use, or they will switch out. Seismic Toss is for some damage.

Medicham:
308.gif

Choice Scarf
Pure Power
Jolly Nature
4 HP/ 252 Atk/252 Spd
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch
Psycho Cut
High Jump Kick

I find this Medicham SOOO useful. I have killed load and loads of pokemon not predicting the scarf. I used HJK since BB just doesnt cut it since I have Choice Scarf. The rest is self explanitory.

Tentacruel:

Leftovers
Liquid Ooze
Calm Nature
252 HP/252 SDef/4 Def
Toxic Spikes
Surf
Rapid Spin
Sludge Bomb

Ok the last poke. This is my spinner and toxic spiker. Plus my special wall . Sort of. I picked Sludge bomb for better coverage and STAB. Not much to say here either.

Ok so you have seen my team. A few things
-Very Ground weak, though also a 4* resist.
-4/6 are UU , though UU is AWESOME.
-Not the best team I know, just try to leave comments.
-Doesnt have too much strategy and probably has lots of pokes that screw it over.

Ok thanks for reading and posting !

OK, for starters, you've posted this thread twice, which is bad.
Secondly, you barely say anything about your Pokemon, how they work together, and how you deal with standard threats.

As for individual comments:

Raichu is a terrible lead. I cannot think of one single commonly used lead that he will not immediately lose to.
Metagross EQs him down to sash, then Bullet punches him before he gets to attack with his NP boost.
Azelf and Aerodactyl simpy Taunt him.
Tyranitar/Hippowdon knock him down to sash, and Sandstorm finishes him off
Etc.

Rhyperior is not really recommended on any team without Sandstorm support, as his Special defenses are fairly bad without a 'Storm running.

Medicham is standard fare, nothing to say there besides that he doesn't really seem to make the cut in Ou. Your prediction has to be right on, or he'll be giving your opponent a lot of free switches, which will end badly for you.

Parasect just seems like a bad Breloom. Run double powder breloom instead. Sure, you lose Water absorb, but 252 Hp Breloom won't be OHKO'd by just about any water attack, and he will strike back a lot better.

Clefable seems alright, but the only thing he can do that Blissey cannot is Encore. Encore is a good move, but Clefable doesn't have the speed to make good use of it. Generally you'll just be Encoring your opponent's powerful attack move, which will then tear through your team.

Lastly is Tentacruel. Toxic Spikes/Spin support is useful, but you really have to ask yourself how useful. Will you really be getting time to lay down multiple lays of Toxic Spikes? Odds are, if your opponent sees Tentacruel come in, they will take the free switch in to Gyarados/Salamence, and then you're staring down a Dragon Danced monster who can sweep through your entire team easily, as you will have nothing to outspeed him. Here are some damage calcs:
Adamant Life Orb 252 Attack +1 Salamence's Outrage:
vs. Clefable: min 117% (OHKO)
vs. Parasect: min 126% (OHKO)
vs. Raichu: min 266% (OHKO, he could survive if undamaged and sash is intact, but any residual damage like Sandstorm or Rocks will make this an OHKO)
vs. Medicham: min 209% (OHKO)
vs. Rhyperior: Min 60%. Earthquake does Min 67%. Draco Meteor (4 SpA EVs, Neutral nature) does 79-94, which is capable of OHKOing with Rocks. This is your only Pokemon capable of surviving one attack from DD Salamence and OHKOing back, but he has to be basically undamaged in order to do so, and Stone Edge has only an 80% accuracy.

Please read the RMT Rules and the "How to RMT" thread. This is not was this forum is for.
