I know your saying, "OMG fire weak!" But I don't usually have any troubles with fire types.

Adamant- Lum Berry- Clear Body
152 HP / 252 Atk / 104 Spe
~Agility
~Meteor Mash
~Earthquake
~Thunderpunch

Standard agiligross. Lum berry because everyone tries to status metagross allowing me to get off agility quite easily. This guy often kills 3 or 4 pokemon a match.

Adamant- Life Orb- Technition
232 HP / 252 Atk / 24 Def
~Swords Dance
~Bullet Punch
~Quick Attack
~Roost

I love this thing. Everyone will say to switch quick attack for something else but it helps alot. Once I get off 1-3 swords dances (quite easily done due to scizor's awsome resistances) then I don't get touched.

Bold- Leftovers- Serene Grace
252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe
~Calm Mind
~Substitute
~Psychic
~Thunderbolt

Once I get off a few calm minds it's almost impossible to kill this thing. I love when I get 2-3 calm minds and then even stabbed fire moves can't break my subs.

Bold- Leftovers- Pressure
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpA
~Surf
~Calm Mind
~Roar
~Ice Beam

Since I play with garchomp this thing always hits garchomp once, allowing me to either kill it or make it yache-less. This is a nice phazer since it almost always survives one hit.

Jolly- Yache Berry- Sand Veil
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~Swords Dance
~Earthqauake
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Fang

Standard yachechomp, once I get off a swords dance it's good game.

Bold- Leftovers- Levitate
252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD
~Rest
~Sleep Talk
~Ice Beam
~Charge Beam

Just standard wall everything cress. I love cress it walls so many things.

Your team structure could need some work. Offensive teams tend to loosen up teams before they clean up the tables. Your team lack this ability, as every single of your Pokémon require setup to pose a threat. However, some slight modifications on your movesets should do the trick.

Even through you pointed this out yourself: you got quite a massive Fire-weakness, and if that wasn't enough, half of your team is walled by Heatran, while only Suicune can switch in frequenly. That doesn't really prevent Heatran from walling half of your team though. Taking this into consideration, I would like to recommend a Pokémon who can lure out Heatran, yet seriously damage it, maybe even OHKO it! Giving your Jirachi Hidden Power Ground could throw a Heatran off-guard, and will make a great synergy with Scizor, due Heatran being your primarily counter. However, keep in mind that you'll need a really big investment in Special Attack do do some damage, and you're forced to run Life Orb to OHKO. Nevertheless, with 299 Special Attack you'll get Heatran to a low enough HP for a SD Quick Attack from Scizor to OHKO Heatran, so that's fine too. If you worry about Blissey beating you, Wish > Substitute allow you to beat Blissey, and could be useful for some general support.

I don't really see how AgilityGross fit in here, though. Since I'd like to opt for Stealth Rock, I'll recommend a Trick-lead:

Metagross @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Trick
- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash
- Explosion

Trick screws over a lot of Pokémon, especially bulky water switch ins such as Swampert. But Stealth Rock would be a great asset for your team. It royally screw Zapdos, who's another candidate to prevent your Scizor from doing its job - here I'd also like to mention how great a LO Suicune would fit in, atleast better than your sort-of-tankish version. It's just amazing with Scizor, as it kills off Zapdos, walls Heatran to an extent, making it Scizors counterpart. Giving it HP Electric would also allow you to deal with Gyarados, and 2HKO Vaporeon who otherwise walls you. Modest / Timid, 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe is probably the most efficient EV-spread, and with Life Orb, of course.

Fire Fang with Dragon/Earthquake will give you a unresisted move-combination on Garchomp, and is superior to your current Dragon Claw/Earthquake/Stone Edge-combination, which is resisted by Bronzong. Just something to keep in mind. However, I would consider a CBset for some general wallbreaking. For instance, CB Adamant Outrage 2HKO even Cresselia, and nothing is going to switch in without losing a chunk of its HP. It's a extremely useful Pokémon in offensive teams such as this one!

It's just a couple of suggestion, I apologize if you got a wrong impression of me trying to build your team or something, I'm just bored lol. I hope you'll take my advice though, althrough there's quite a few changes I made.

I'd like to point out that this team is a wifi team. Therefore no access to hp electric suicune or hp ground jirachi...

I like your idea for meta. I'll try it out.

A different Metagross will be good:

Metagross @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, - SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch/Thunder punch/Pursuit
- Earthquake
- Explosion
Explosion is capable of defeating all but the toughest Pokémon in one blow; even Skarmory loses around 85% of its HP. As with other sets that use Choice items, prediction is key. Meteor Mash usually does tons of damage, resisted or not. Earthquake works well on many Pokémon that resist Meteor Mash, like Fire-types and other grounded Steel-types.ThunderPunch will down Pokémon like Milotic, Gyarados and Skarmory in two hits.Pursuit works well against many Pokémon that will try to switch out against Metagross. Alakazam, Gengar, and other weak enemies will go down in one hit. Bullet Punch can work here as an answer to speedy Pokémon like Aerodactyl, Azelf, Weavile, or Gengar with ease , if you use Bullet punch Aerodactyl and Weavile will go down in one blow without being able to touch Metagross.
