RMT - starter on team building/strategy here ^^U

Hi all ^^ Well, there's no much to tell before this. I'm somehow a starter and I can't follow the guidelines that are as sticky, this means, I basically can't make a team that works with a unifyed strategy, which is what I want to learn. Following some simpler guidelines, my team is composed of 2 physical sweepers, 2 special sweepers, a tank and a wall.

Physical sweepers:

Garchomp@Life Orb
Adamant nature
EV: 16 HP/252 Atk/240 Spd
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang
-Swords Dance

This is my starter Pokémon, not too much to say, a SD'er.

Infernape@Life Orb
Jolly Nature
EV: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
-Close Combat
-Flare Blitz
-Thunderpunch
-Swords Dance

Another SD'er.

Special Sweepers:

Porygon-Z@Life Orb
Modest nature
Ability: Adaptability
EV: 4 HP/252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd
-Nasty Plot
-Dark Pulse
-Tri-attack
-Ice Beam

...I like to use Pokémon with support moves, but I never get a chance to use them >.< anyways, if I wanted a strategy, I would like a Porygon-Z to be into it.

Starmie@Leftovers
Timid nature
Ability: Natural Cure
EV: 172 HP/120 Sp. Atk/216 Spd
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
-Rapid Spin

Yep, an always needed rapid spinner.

Physical tank:

Weezing@Leftovers
Bold nature
EV: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
-Will-o-wisp
-Sludge Bomb
-Haze
-Pain Split

Hazer, gotta hate batton pass teams.

Wall:

Bronzong@Leftovers
Sassy nature
Ability: Levitate
EV: 252 HP/152 Atk/8 Def/96 Sp. Def
-Earthquake
-Gyro Ball
-Hypnosis
-Stealth Rock

Is there some modifications my team needs, and some possible strategy I can build taking this team as a basis? Thanks in advance!!

Hmm, it looks like you just looked at the analysis and took the first set for each Pokemon. I can tell because you're using SD Infernape even though MixApe is more popular (and better). The first set is not always the most useful set for every occasion.

It's not a good idea to lead with Swords Dance Garchomp. Swords Dance should never be used too early in the battle because you'll never know what counter the opponent has in store for you. Plus, there are so many leads that can outspeed Garchomp.

Furthermore, there's no point in having TWO SDers. In fact, along with P-Z, all of your Pokemon need stat boosting moves in order to work. Try to have a little more variety because you won't always have the oppurtunity to stat boost.

BTW since you're new to battling, stop by the Apprentice Program next Saturday, the 23rd, and see if you can grab a spot with a tutor.

3 Life Orbers and 0 wisher = instant lose.
Close Combat + Flare Blitz + Life Orb is suicide.
Cresselia can counter perfectly this Infernape.
MixApe is a trouble to you, if Garchomp faints.
Use Yache Berry on Garchomp.

Then, shall I replace Garchomp for a faster pokémon, change Infernape for a mix sweeper version, and replace all life orbs for something better, or add a wisher?

Yache berry, is used when the pokémon is hit by an ice attack, or it stays reducting the ice damage anyways?

I'm not new at battling, but I'm actually considering on entering the apprentice program...
