RMT: STR8 Rippin (27-5 so far)

Team: STR8 Rippin

Alrighty this is my new team I have been trying out for the past couple of days and it seems to be working great. But I would like you to address any problems that may arise.

//Panic
Item | Expert Belt
Ability | Pressure
EVs | 144 Atk/112 Spd/252 SAtk
Nature |Hasty (+Spd, -Def)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt/???
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Punch
This was my attempt at the "anti-lead". People are normally used to seeing this late-game so its a bit of a surprise to some people. It hits 18 out of the Top 20 most common leads. Right now I am thinking about changing tbolt and Psychic, tbolt really only hits gyrados. I need help with the EVs though, I would like a some more attack, but still be able to outspeed Jask/Yanmega.

//Evil
Item |Expert Belt
Ability| Pressure
EVs | 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Nature | Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Ice Punch
- Night Slash
- Pursuit
I used to hate Weavile....when I was facing it. But now I see why it is used, this thing is great, speedy and powerful. This is physical sweeper #1.

//Bitchy
Item |Leftovers
Ability| Natural Cure
EVs | 148 HP/252 Def/108 SAtk
Nature | Modest (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Ice Beam
I didn't want to go all offensive, so I threw her in for the SR and Twave, its just helps for the sweeps later. This slot is up for change, I just need something that Spikes or SRs.

dpmba130.png

//Uno Dos
Item |Leftovers
Ability | Intimidate
EVs | 72 HP/252 Atk/184 Spd
Nature | Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
Before this team I had never used Dos before, but after a couple of matches I am in frickin love with this thing. Ridiculously powerful after just one DD, and can outspeed Chomp as well. This is the anchor of the team, more than half of this teams wins have been 'Dos Sweeps. Physical Sweeper #2

dpmba482.png

//Santa's Little Helper
Item | Expert Belt
Ability | Levitate
EVs | 36 HP/220 Spd/252 SAtk
Nature | Rash (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Flamethrower
- Grass Knot
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Ice]
I noticed my team had taken quite a "physical" path so I decided to throw in a Special sweeper. I really like this thing, quick and hits hard. HP Ice for Chomp.

dpmba466.png

//Viral
Item | Expert Belt
Ability | Motor Drive
EVs | 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Nature | Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Ice Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Earthquake
- Brick Break
Physical Sweeper #3. Backs up Dos and packs a damn punch. Might be willing to change this slot as well.

There we go, I haven't had too many problems with any specific pokemon, yet. The losses were mostly stupidity on my part.

Now.....tear that sh!t up.

You really lack a Physical Wall. I would advise against a deoxys lead becasue 99% of the time, a pursuiter is coming. And you don't want your late game sweeper to be killed 2nd turn do you?

more on deoxys, i am interested in learning how deoxys learns EQ.
and to fix the pursuit problem, Superpower over Fire punch lets you hit two of the most popular pursuiters for 4X SE damage.

Deoxys is not my late-game sweeper.

And about EQ, my bad, I must have been spacing out. I will fix that.

Electivire seems to enjoy his Satk Evs with a -SAtk nature and no Special Attacks...

Also, you might as well keep Thunderbolt and Shadow Ball on Deoxys, since Psychic wont dent much (Tyrannitar, Weavile, Bronzong...) and Thunderbolt since it KOs Gyarados (which is more then enough of a reason to use it).

For Weavile, Azelf and Deoxys, use Life Orb over Expert Belt. Deoxys wont take much in residual damge since he's your lead, and Weavile and Azelf can't take a hit anyway.

Fixed Electivire, thanks for noticing that, cuz I didn't :(

TY for the input.
