So this is the standard Sun team I've been using and I thought it'd be good to get some feedback on it.
Ninetails
Item: Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
Nature: Timid
Ev's: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed
Moves: Fire Blast
Solar Beam
Roar
Dark Pulse
Basically Nine tails is my Lead sun setter however as he's pretty predictable ill often lead with something else to put the opponent off guard. Item is the standard heat Rock to extend the sunlight. Fireblast is my go-to STAB and can deal a solid amount of damage and Solar beam is to deal with any water and ground types which can hurt it. Also roar is to force out any leads who try to set up. Not too sure about dark pulse and am looking for an alternative.
Victreebel
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Clorophyll
Nature: Adamant
Ev's: 100 HP / 252 Attack / 156 Speed
Moves: Leaf Blade
Knock off
Sunny Day
Growth
Victreebell is my physical sweeper. With the speed boost with chlorophyll and the life orb boosting its attack it can hit really hard. Growth in the sun makes this thing almost unstoppable. Sunny day is also there to make sure it keeps the speed boost and leaf blade and knock off are there to deal the damage. Victreebel also helps counter any rain teams set up with his ability to kill water types
Mamoswine
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Thick Fat
Nature: Jolly
Ev's: 4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Moves: Icicle Crash
Earth Quake
Ice Shard
Iron Head
Mamoswine is my answer to the dragons which seem to always pop up. It is awesome because of the priority ice shard which can really hurt garchomp and salamence who i seem to run into a lot. Also earthquake can help take out any opposing fire types that get a boost from the sun. Iron head is kinda there for no reason because i dont know what else to give him So if you have any suggestions they are more than welcome.
Charizard
Item: Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power / Drought
Nature: Modest
Ev's: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed
Moves: Fireblast
Solar Beam
Airslash
Roost
Charizard is my special sweeper as well as my back up sun setter in case Ninetails is taken out. With the mammoth Special attack he has he can wreck teams with the Fire Blast Solar beam combo with Air slash as an alternative STAB move. Roost is there to keep Charizard going for a bit longer. Would focus blast be a good option on him instead of roost or Airslash.
Starmie
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Bold
Ev's: 252 HP / 252 Defense / 4 Sp. Def
Moves: Scald
Psyschock
Rapid Spin
Recover
Starmie is my answer to any firetypes on the opponents team whilst being an unexpected defensive variant. It also serves as my spinner on this team. Scald and Psyshock are my Stabs whilst recover combined with Natural Cure help it act as a defensive pokemon. He can also Stall with a scald burn and revcover which is awesome. I've also consider switching him out for a Sp. Defensive Lanturn
Salamence
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Moxie
Nature: Jolly
Ev's: 252 Attack / 4 Sp. Def / 252 Speed
Moves: Earthquake
Dragon claw
Crunch
Fire fang
Salamence serves as anpther heavy hitting physical pokemon on my team. He helps take out and dragons on the opponetns team and with firefang and earthquake can provide a pretty solid coverage of grass dragon, bug and fire which seem to crop up a lot. THe choice band also makes Salamences attacks brutally strong. I'e also considered metagross for this position which may or may not be better. They seem to both do well so hep me choose one hahah
Thanks for any advice and/or Feedback
