RMT (Sunny Day)

I am currently testing this team... right now I am 3-0. (Now 6-1)

169.png

Crobat@Heat Rock (My Lead)
Ability:Inner Focus
Evs:4HP/252Attack/252Speed
Jolly Nature (+speed -Special Attack)
Set:
-U-Turn
-Sunny Day
-Hypnosis
-Aerial Ace

This poke outspeeds most leads and is a great way to set up sunny day. I usually always get sunny day set up unless hypnosis misses.

485.png

Heatran@Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire
Evs: 4HP/252 Special Attack/252 Speed
Modest Nature (+Special Attack -Attack)
Set:
-Fire Blast
-Hidden Power (electric)
-Dragon Pulse
-Earth Power

This poke is deadly with sunny day up and with specs. There isn't many safe switches for this beast.

392.png

Infernape@Life Orb
Ability:Blaze
Evs: 4HP/68 Attack/252 Speed/184 Special attack
Niave Nature (+speed -Special defense)
Set:
-Overheat
-Close Combat
-Hidden Power (ice)
-Nasty Plot

This poke has great type coverage and is deadly with a overheat with sunny day up. It also resists ice types which a portion of my team is weak too.

373.png

Salamence@choice Scarf
Ability:Intimidate
Evs: 252Attack/136 Speed/ 120 Special Attack
Naughty Nature (+attack - Special Defense)
Set:
-Fire Blast
-Dragon Rush
-Earthquake
-Hidden Power (electric)

This poke catches many people off gaurd because they aren't use to seeing mence scarfed. It also has great type coverage and resists ground/water attacks which Heatran and Infernape are weak to. And is my Gyarados counter.

103.png

Exeggutor@leftovers
Ability:Chlorophyll
Evs: 84 HP/64 defense/212 Special Attack/ 144 Speed
Timid Nature (+speed - Attack)
Set:
-Psychic
-Grass Knot
-Sunny Day
-Hidden Power (fire)

My second sunny day set up. Since he has great hp and okay defenses he should be able to take a hit allowing me to set up sunny day.
385.png

Jirachi@leftovers
Ability:Serene Grace
Evs: 240HP/172Defense/96Special Defense
Bold Nature (+Defense -Attack)
Set:
-Wish
-Reflect
-Stealth Rocks
-Thunderbolt

This poke is mainly used to heal up any of my pokes that need healing and setting up reflect. Also my stealth rocker.

My only advice would be to change Exeggutor's SolarBeam to Grass Knot/Energy Ball because even though it has no set up w/ the sun out, should Ttar or the Hippo switch in and set up SS, you will then have to charge it, meaning they could witch out again, this time to something resistant. Same thing goes to any Abomasnow's switching in.

Hey, you could use the power herb as an item on exeggutor, that way you could own vaporeon AND tyranitar, and if you didn't have the sun up yet, you still could demolish something, like... hmmm... say they send a ryperior out when the sun fades, and they get ready to OHKO with choice band stone edge. So, you get a nice, clean, OHKO. Grass knot only does 44.20% - 52.01% to standard vaporeon. Solarbeam does 87.28% - 102.68%.

Also, I can see tangrowth being helpful in this team, but I don't see how togekiss and crobat really benefit from sun. Tangrowth could be used to absorb status, and it could wall gyarados, SOME garchomp, metagross and stuff.

Also, VILEPLUME could aromatherapy for the team, or status enemies with 398 speed in the sun, without timid nature. You could send out vileplume, they switch to a counter, and POW! it eats stun spore! ...

but still: power herb is key. The foe sees you use solarbeam, and they WILL switch in tyranitar. If they see grass knot first, they won't think he is safe.

Also, just noticed: get rid of the 4 HP on your nape, it can't take a hit to save it's life. It could easily go into Satk or Atk.

Vileplume! Lol I should of thought of that. Togekiss is used to heal up my pokes... cause I lack major walls that can take more than one hit. I was originally thinking of putting in Tangegrowth but it can't take a special attack well... and sunny day makes your opponents fire moves powered up aswell... so your pretty much screwed with all fire attacks, including physical ones. And yeah, I think energy ball would be better on exeggutor... luckily I haven't encountered a tyranitar yet. heh.

Exeggutor@leftovers
Ability:Chlorophyll
Evs: 84 HP/64 defense/212 Special Attack/ 144 Speed
Timid Nature (+speed - Attack)
Set:
-Psychic/Synthesis
-Energy Ball/Grass Knot
-Sunny Day
-Hidden Power (fire)

Since he is bulky, and you can fully exploit the move synthesis in the sun, I suggest you employ it. Grass knot is generally better than energy ball; You're mostly hitting heavy targets- Milotic, Swampert, Hippowdon, Suicune, T-Tar, and friends.

Okay grass knot it is! I was thinking about putting sythesis too, but I don't think my poke is bulky enough. I mean it is bulky, but it's not too bulky.

entire team is weak to water/ice .-.

wheres solarbeam on eggy =(
Salamence

And is my Gyarados counter.
i dont understand this, since if gyara is packing ice fang or stone edge (almost all of them do) you just die.

Ice fang Dos= Gameover for Ccmaster yes lol
Stone edge dos after intimadate= Ccmaster kill dos
Water isn't much of an issue because it weakens in the sun. And ice is countered by my fire types.
I originally had solerbeam, but I edited my first post. Read earlier posts and you will get why.

go with fire blast > overheat on heatran, with sunny day up you'll have the ability to 2hko a lot of counters, but if you use overheat you lose that capability.

put 8 more ev's in speed on scarfmence so you can outspeed adamant scarfcross (even though it's not that common anymore there's no reason not to)

that 4x ice weakness is definitely not good. i don't really see togekiss doing much besides giving tyranitar a free switch in and since your team doesn't really have a safe switch in for any ttar set, i'd switch it out. if you want to keep wish support i'd recommend something like vaporeon or jirachi.
