Well this is my lead SMEARGLE, Picasso! So, hear the plan, first, I will use Spore, when(if) the opponent gets sleepy, I will Substitute, then in the next round, I will use Belly Drum!!! Then, Baton Pass to Lucario (SEE POKEMON LUCARIO)! Got it? So look at Lucario’s set,

As he is Belly Drumed and Have a Substitute, he will use Extreme Speed to destroy oponets, if the opponent is resistant to Extreme speed, I will try Close Combat, and this is the reason I need the bigger speed I can. Yesterday I was battling and my opponent, first spored me, than substituted, belly drummed, then, baton passed to Pikachu :| His Chu, killed two Pokes only using Quick Attack o.o, no, my pokes are trained and full EVed, but that Belly drum made him strong. So whats better than a quick attack? Extreme speed, and so, hear, while my substitute is there, or/and the enemy is sleeping, I can sword dance, to boost my attack :D, when my substitute die I will Extreme Speed the opponent and destroy him, if his defense is good for Extreme Speed, I also can Close Combat because, good defense pokemon and rock pokemon, may have a low speed. Ok. Let’s take a look on Celebi…

Well, team FlameStars has 5 sweepers and one Baton Passer :P. So Celebi is my second sweeper, well, thank you person who put Celebi in smogon with the OU tier. Three reasons to put celebi on team: 1-He is a OU 2-He is my favorite legendary poke 3-My friend gave it to me because I helped him to train his team :D. And the Celebi he gave to me had the nature I wantd. So, I don’t lost any time and I put it on my team :D. Hmm, the moves don’t need an explanation, Serebii (my Celebi xD) is only a simple sweeper, Celebi has his Base Status Equilibrated, and I don’t like it because, or I choose ATK or I choose SP ATK, I don’t select mixed movesets :| So, when I want attack, I select pokes with atk, I don’t like too much pokes with the same atk and sp atk :P. Ok, this was a big and unnecessary chat, sorry. Lets take a look on…
yes, Alakazam!

Well, meet Super Nerd, the Alakazam! I got a perfectly shiny Abra, perfect IVs! I wanted to put Flygon but, what I can say? Abra was perfect xD! So I infected Pokerus on him, put Macho Brace and EVed him, right now I am training him, (he is on level 59 *-* + :D) Alakazam is the best OU special attacker, so this is the reason that I put Kazam on team! My favorite poke in stadium was Kadabra, but Alakazam is much better, so when I first met Alakazam, he was in a egg(abra) that I would see what poke was, then, waiting a bad poke, release, but I checked his IVs, and, I thought, I can train this Abra, one day, it will be a good Alakazam :D Ok, as he have usable HP sp Defense IVs I can calm mind, and attack the opponent. You have already seen, that some pokes here still don’t have item, because I am a bad item selector :P So if you can help me with this… Ok, you saw that I dont have any poke with Choice Scarf/band, its because I don’t like to have to select only one move to a poke use. The only way to select another is to switch out the poke, and switch out isn’t a good thing to a FlameStar Sweeper do… Ok, next poke :D

This is my Togekiss, meet Peny. So what do you say? Good choice, or bad choice? Next

Ok, meet Powpow, the Tyranitar. (Ok, Powpow is a ridiculous and stupid nickname, but I like funny and different nicknames.) I have this poke since I started on reading smogon’s strategies. So, this is an old Poke, I only changed his moves. I have a community on Orkut that give pokemons to the members all weekend, and one day they gave me a tyranitar, they should give me a shiny tyranitar but I accepted this. I looked on the Larvitar’s eyes and I felt that this Larvitar will grow as a winner Tyranitar, and he did. But, I saw that he had a lot of problems, and together (and with the smogon’s help xD), we evolved to a great poke, so, I wanted to make some changes in his moves, and I don’t now if this is good, or if it can improve. So, this is the reason for him, to be here. Ok, that’s the end.

Ok, feel free to say that this team is a big mess, and to make it shiny like a Dragonair’s Tail. My poke’s buildset is based on some smogon’s buildsets, with my alterations. Feel free to give suggestions like, “You should not use this move on this poke, trade this poke for this, remove this poke from the lead and put that…” Yeah, this is a Rate My Team. Thank you for helping me, really, thank you so muuch!
SORRY FOR MY VOCABULARY, I AM BRAZILIAN, AND I CANT SPEAK ENGLISH VEEEEERY WELL. THANK YOU ALL AND I’M WAITING FOR THE RATINGS. ~Emeryn, the most different trainer you have ever saw

You should definatly chang lucario to a reversal set. It rapes teams as is without that monsterous Attack Boost. It OHKOs everything in the game with that attack boost so unless your opponent has a focus sasher its game over. This is what lucario should look like.

Lucario @ Salac Berry
EVs:252 Atk/252 Def
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Steadfast/Inner Focus
~Endure
~Reversal
~Crunch
~Sword Dance/Ice Punch

So with two Salac boosts you will be faster than just about anything. The last choice in the move slot is purely prefferance (as is the ability). Sword Dance is just encase you want to use this late game instead of at the beginning. Ice punch is for better coverage against things like Hippowdon. As far as the ability goes, you won't be flinching much with that salac boost. However, I think its better to get something from a flinch than just completly ignoring it.

Last suggestion: make Celebi defensive, you have enough sweepers. You could also use a more reliable Gyara check.

Okay, so really, don't use a smeargle lead without a focus sash. Really, that set would NEVER work against other pokemon in the way that you described it. Here's why:

Situation 1: Attackers can kill smeargle with only 1 hit.

Situation 2:Opponent uses Stealth Rock (or other supporting move) while you spore it. Then, the opponent can switch while you make a sub. When you use Belly Drum, chances are that the substitute is destroyed by opponent. In the 4th turn, you decide to baton pass but you aren't fast enough so then the opponent kills you.

Also, Ghost types completely wall your togekiss. I recommend putting Air Slash instead of Aura Sphere. Plus, Air Slash has 60% of flinch with Togekiss.

Actually, Kharozz, Smeargle will have recieved a Salac boost so he will most likely be faster than the opponent. However, you are right in the fact that they probably will attack smeargle since the belly pass set can be so devistating. You may want to switch around the order of the team, add rapid spin and get some very heavy paralasys support. This kind of smeargle requires alot of support to make it work, and should not be a lead, but its well worth it. You can put Thunder Wave on Celebi and Body Slam on Togekiss. Body Slam has 60% paralasys rate and covers thing like Jolteon and Electivire that Thunder Wave can't.

Oh and seriously dude get some walls. Teams tend to go down real fast if they don't have any defences to put up.

Hey there Emeryn! I'll gladly accept your request to rate this team as well! (WARNING! this is longer then I thought it would be! :O)

First off, you seem to be lacking Stealth Rock. Now Stealth Rock is very crucial on a team, as it can easily be the difference from winning and losing. With Lucario being the Belly Drum receiver, having Stealth Rock will scrape off 25% from Gyarados, Salamence, and Zapdos, all of whom love to switch into Lucario.

You also have a bit too many sweepers, and they don't necessarily share much synergy with each other. If you were to go all-out offensive, then using Pokemon that help each other switch in easier is recommended.

So, following these two things, I'm going to suggest a couple of changes with your team.

Smeargle & Alakazam

Alright, I understand that Smeargle plays a big role in your team, but I don't think you should lead with it at all. The reason for this is because your attempting to pull off an entire team sweep at the beginning of the game! This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it would be harder to sweep with your sweeper when your opponent's team is all at full health! With that being said, I think you should swap out Alakazam for Azelf, and use Azelf as a lead and keep Smeargle hidden until you think its a good time to finish your opponent off.

Azelf is more "nerdier" if you will, and it's practically identical to Alakazam. So, by giving it Stealth Rock and using it as a lead, you just solved two of your problems. The set would look something like this:

Azelf @ Focus Sash | Naive nature
6 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Stealth Rock
~ Psychic
~ Explosion
~ Taunt / Fire Blast

You should definitely try it, and honestly, I think Azelf is just as good as Alakazam.

Lucario

Alright, I have a bit of a change with Lucario. I have two suggestions with this bad boy; swap it out for Metagross or use a slightly different moveset.

The reason why I say to swap it out for Metagross is because it has much better bulk, great typing, fantastic offensive movepool, and boasts a ridiculously high Attack stat. Long story short, Metagross has been proven to be one of the most effective Baton Pass receivers. If you do want to try it out, then here's the set I recommend:

Metagross @ Lum Berry | Jolly
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ ThunderPunch
~ Zen Headbutt

This Metagross is devastating, especially when it has +6 Attack. Lum Berry is preferred as an item to keep it away from burn or paralysis status. As for my other suggestion of changing Lucario's moveset, there's no need to use Swords Dance. You're already giving it (hopefully) max Attack with Belly Drum, so I thin you should run an attacking move instead. In my opinion, I think the moveset should look something like this:

Lucario @ Lum Berry | Adamant nature
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~ Close Combat
~ Ice Punch
~ Extremespeed
~ Bullet Punch / Crunch

Try that set out and see if you like it or not, or try using Metagross.

Finally, that leaves us with Celebi, Tyranitar, and Togekiss. Let's see what I can think of here...

Tyranitar

It seems like you are having trouble figuring out his moveset, but I have a good suggestion for that. You seem to lack a Pokemon that can hit hard right off the bat, so this is when Choice Band Tyranitar fits the bill perfectly. The set:

Tyranitar @ Choice Band | Adamant
176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spe
~ Crunch
~ Stone Edge
~ Earthquake
~ Pursuit

Choice Band Tyranitar can hit insanely hard right off the bat, and by the looks of it, you're going to need something like this desperately.

Togekiss

Now, I don't understand why you chose Togekiss, since it seems as if you just threw it on there just because (which it seems like you did with the comments you've written for it). Also, you have one big, big problem. U-turn Scizor will basically walk all over you, you have no good switch-in towards it! If you still want to have that offensive momentum going for your team, then I think you should look into using Gliscor, since it can still take care of Scizor quite effectively, and Tyranitar's sandstorm also helps it out. The set would look like this:

Gliscor @ Leftovers | Jolly
252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
~ Taunt
~ U-turn / Toxic

This Gliscor can effectively handle Scizor, and it can also break through stall which might be an issue. I think it will be a good addition to your team, so you should try it out!

So, those are my suggestions. Try them, see if you like them, if not, then I'm sorry about that! Good luck, and I hope I helped!
