well,im a veteran to Shoddy, and just signed up for forums, this is a team based around some of my favourite pokemon in each generation, and is a balance team. it has been a tedious process to get this team, and i've tested it on Shoddy and am now just getting used to using it, and this is my first semi-full on RMT, so please be nice and productive, on previous forums, i have no such luck (just douche-canoes and jerks being...douche-canoes and jerks)
here goes!
Gravo (swampert) @ Leftovers
relaxed
252hp 4atk 252def
roar
stealth rocks
avalanche
earthquake
I've always had a special spot in my heart for swampert, he is crazy cool looking, great typing, good moves, and nice stat placements, and is IMO in the top 3 for best leads, he is bulky enought to set up and i can roar up and scout the team while giving residual damage, or switch out and comein later, i changed ice beam from the standard set to avalanche as it does more damage because not too many things are slower then swampy in OU. (just so nobody asks, Gravo is the latin term for to make suffer/oppress)

wish
yawn
surf
protect
Vaporeon has been a constant favourite of mine since i watched the show and played blue version as a small lad.
and it gives wonderful support, the standard wish supporter, with extra speed and a little less defence (because i messed up EV training haha) but it works out in the end because i can outpace other vaporeons no matter what, i decided on yawn because it came with wish, and can help get residual damage or sleep a foe, protect+wish= 2 turn stalling, to switch vap in on foe's that are poisoned, and surf for good stab attack, over all vaporeon is pretty trusty.
SHANKS (scizor) @ Choice Band
adamant nature
248hp 252atk 8spe
bullet punch
bug bite
U-turn
superpower
i've had a great liking of scizor since gen II came out, and with technician boosted bullet punch to revenge stuff, u-turn to scout, and bug bite, which i opt'd for over pursuit because im not a fang of pursuit and bug bite= a 135base power knock off essentially with berries, which is very bad for things holding berries. and super power to come in on fighting weak threats (usually opposing scizor), it works and i like it.

toxic
recover
thunderbolt
ice beam
I originally was going to use a toxic orb abuse/cosmic power stalling combo clefable, but it is totally useless against gengar, as facade wont hurt him, and i have no way to toxic him due to his poison-typing, giving up awesome defences of over 800, status and entry hazard protection and a 210 stab move, for the defencive ducky porygon2, his ability trace is the biggest perk, because i can come in on many strong sweepers and use there abilities to wall them gyarados, jolteon, electivire, heatran, flygon, etc. and toxic them or anything else, recover and procede to attack and recover back and forth to stall out. (name is latin for salvation.)
SHELLDON (togekiss) @ Choice Scarf
modest
252spA 4def 252spe
air slash
flamethrower
shadow ball
aura sphere
Togekiss, being my favourite 4th gen poke, and a wonderful scarfer with serene grace ^_^ i opted for this moveset over the standard one with trick or tri attack, because shadow ball and aura sphere is nuetral coverage, which means i can hit ghosties well, and air slash is great stab, and a main attack because of a 60% flinch rate, which means being locked into one move is no problem being fast and flinching most things easy,i usually send this in mid-game or against something that is stalling me out or sweeping or setting up, and stop it from moving with flinch, which works wonders coupled with toxic. i love togekiss tons and tons for these reasons. (name is pronounced Sheldon, "shell"don because togepi is an egg pokemon)
Ferus (infernape) @life orb
timid nature
4hp 252spA 252spe
nasty plot
flamethrower
grass knot
focus blast
nasty Ape. i originally was going to use Nasty plot weavile, which is believe it or not, too hard to use!, it works well but this is much easier to set up with, and doesn't require extra breeding for a correct hidden power, flamethrower for stab and coverage, grass knot for waters, and focus blast for more stab, infernape is my lategame sweeper. i can come in easy with this using wish on vappy, and can sweep through most things after a nasty plot or two (if i get three off, i definately will) i originally would have strived to get HP ghost on him for neutral coverage, but would have lost hitting bulky waters. when gen 4 came out, i initially hated infernape for his appearance, but i have grown to enjoy the ragin' monkey and for this he works well on my team of favourites (name is latin for savage.)
