- I chose Politoed because I wanted to have someone who could set up the rain. His drizzle trait makes it so I can abuse the rain dish trait for Blastoise, reduce fire damage for Skarmory. I have one major problem is that if Politoed dies, Skarmory is left wide open to fire attacks.

- I chose Skarmory so that I could Whirlwind the opponents Pokemon in and out of battle onto toxic spikes and spikes. Skarmory gets the rocky helmet to prevent rapid spinners.

- Tentacruel was chose mostly so that he can rapid spin hazards. Tentacruel's purpose is mostly to poison and set up the Toxic Spikes.

- Blastoise's purpose on the team is to dish out toxic while under the coverage of Substitute. Blastoise replenishes his health with aqua ring, leftovers, and rain dish. Scald is there for a hope of getting a STAB.

- Gengar is in question on this team for me. I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to use him effectively. He is there to help get rid of water types. I can't decide whether to use Thunder or TBolt. I'd like Thunder for the power and if I can keep the rain up, it gets 100% accuracy. Where as, if I go with TBolt I have that accuracy all the time. Psychic I there to get rid of other poisons like Toxicroak, Crobat, Tentacruel, etc. Should I drop Giga Drain for Focus Blast to get rid of Heatran, Scizor, etc.?

- Gliscor is here to get rid of fire types like Heatran. (Air Balloon Heatran would be unaffected. Needs improvement) Toxic Orb to poison opponent and Poison heal to well, heal. I'm not familiar with Gliscor to be quite honest.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am new to the whole stall thing. I always make teams like Sunny Day and Rain Dance teams. I want to get into the art of Stalling.
