Due to the lack of Stealth Rock/Roar prevalence in the Ubers metagame, I have decided to incorporate Ninjask in a sweeper-based build in order to power my team. Taunt really kills it though, along with phazers, although neither are overwhelmingly popular. Although it does seem a bit fragile, it has worked extraordinarily well so far and I would like so input and suggestions to improve it.

Ninjask @ Focus Sash
Speed Boost
Adamant
4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
-Protect
-Swords Dance
-X-Scissor
-Baton Pass
The set-up of the team. Protect first round to scout attacks if necessary, Swords Dance, then Baton Pass +2 Atk and +3 Spe. ecaue Stealth Rock
and Roar are less prevalent in Ubers, Ninjask gets an opportunity to shine. Usually it won't get a chance to switch in again, however if necessary it can switch in, Protect the first round, and Baton Pass the second. Priority moves kinda kill it though.
Rayquaza @ Yache Berry/Life Orb
Air Lock
Adamant/Jolly
4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Extremespeed
-Overheat
-Outrage
The Hulk, centerpiece of the team. This big green dragon annihilates nearly everything standing against it short of Empoleon/Heatran. Baton Passes from Ninjask are usually first passed to this monster, boosting its already incredible 438 Atk to phenomenal levels and doubling/tripling its subpar speed for a sweeper. Few Pokes are able to stand against STAB 120 attack Outrages from a whopping 876 Atk stat. I try to put off using Outrage as long as possible because confusion rapes it with that much attack. Extremespeed is necessary for Deoxys with Focus Sash which I have been seeing nearly every battle. I originally ran Earthquake to deal with Dialga and Metagross, but STAB Outrage OHKOs Dialga and Overheat deals with Metagross anyways, prompting me to switch it to Overheat to counter Forretress and Skarmory as well, who would otherwise wall this dragon rather easily. This set doesn't like Heatran very much, who can OHKO it with HP Ice, so if those start popping out more often I'll make the switch back. Usually takes out at least two Pokemon, but is capable of sweeping an entire team. Currently, I run Yache Berry with an Adamant nature, because the only thing that people really use to take down a dragon is Ice Beam/Ice Shard, but Life Orb with a Jolly nature works very well as well and has higher damage output.
Kyogre @ Choice Specs
Drizzle
Timid
4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
-Water Spout
-Surf
-Thunder
-Ice Beam
SpecsOgre packs an insane amount of power, albeit a little on the slow side. Ninjask helps in this category. Because it usually takes a hit the turn it comes into play via Baton Pass, Water Spout is seldom used. However, STAB Specs boosted Surfs running off a pseudo-Scarf speed is already amazingly deadly. Thunder and Ice Beam are self explanatory.
Palkia @ Lustrous Orb
Pressure
Hasty
4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
-Aqua Tail
-Surf
-Thunder
-Spacial Rend
Comes in after a Kyogre sets up rain. If the Rayquaza plan should fail, and a Kyogre has already hit the table, I have Ninjask BP one last speed boost to Palkia, although it is not completely necessary, as Palkia is a monster in itself with rain with its godly Special Attack stat. Aqua Tail destroys specials walls like Blissey, Thunder for Kyogre, Surf for Groudon, and Spacial Rend for dragons.
Mewtwo @ Life Orb
Pressure
Timid
6 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
-Grass Knot
-Shadow Ball
-Brick Break
-Ice Beam
Life Orb Mewtwo. Grass Knot is chosen over Thunder in order to hit both Groudon and Kyogre super-effectively. Shadow Ball hits Deoxys, Lati@s, and opposing Mewtwo hard, while Ice Beam is the only reliable way to deal with Rayquaza. Brick Break was chosen over Aura Sphere because it hits Blissey harder, although Aura Sphere is more powerful against Darkrai/Tyranitar, who gets OHKOed by both attacks anyways, and Dialga, whom I have not extensively tested against yet. Brick Break also takes care of pesky Light Screens/Reflects.
Groudon @ Leftovers
Drought
Adamant
252 HP/ 156 Atk/32 Def/8 Spd/60 SDef
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Stealth Rock
-Toxic
Bulky Groudon. Sets up Stealth Rocks and Toxics walls to death. Dragon Claw destroys Lati@s and opposing Rayquazas. Earthquake for a powerful STAB. I would like to fit Fire Punch somehow due to my team's general weakness to Skarmory/Forretress. Thunder Wave is also an option I'm considering instead of Toxic. Instead of breaking down walls, I would cripple sweepers.
_______________
Uber Threats
Mew - is incapable of surviving boosted Outrages, otherwise Mewtwo 2HKOs with a Shadow Ball. However, it really just depends on its set.
Mewtwo - I believe SD X-Scissor OHKOs it, but I could be wrong. LO Mewtwo's Shadow Ball picks it off but it is also capable of throwing back the same attack from a Specs. Standard builds cannot survive an SD Outrage IIRC.
Lugia - gives me major headaches. Specs Thunder fails to OHKO, it ocassionally has Whirlwind [messing up my team pretty bad], and survives SD Outrage with Reflect. I usually have Groudon use Toxic on it, but then it is picked off by Ice Beam.
Ho-oh - Kyogre/Palkia/Stealth Rock rape it hard.
Lati@s - Rayquaza's Outrage/Groudon's Dragon Claw takes care of them. Soul Dew boosts their SpD far too much for Ice Beam/Shadow Ball to be sufficient.
Rayquaza - 5/6 Pokemon on the team have a super-effective attack against this guy, that is if you really count Ninjask as an actual Pokemon and not a utility tool.
Groudon - Mewtwo's LO Grass Knot 2HKOs most variants I've faced, otherwise Kyogre and Palkia are efficient at taking it out with super-effective attacks.
Kyogre - Scarf starters are outrun by Jolly natured Ninjask, who proceeds to set up for Palkia or Mewtwo, who can 2HKO it with Thunder and Grass Knot.
Palkia - dies to SD Outrage. Palkia's Spacial Rend and Groudon's Dragon Claw are also effective.
Dialga - dies to SD Outrage and Groudon, to an extent. Mewtwo 2HKO's with Brick Break I believe.
Giratina - I haven't tested against this thing much due to the fact that I never see anyone use it. May survive SD Outrage from Rayquaza and Dragon Pulse back for the kill.
Deoxys-A - Extremespeedx2. Otherwise a major pain to take out due to the high number of Sashed Deoxys.
Deoxys-D - haven't really faced much of these either. Groudon would probably Toxic if given the chance. Probably survives SD Outrage.
Darkrai - Another major pain, especially the ones with Taunt. I have nothing to absorb sleep, so Dark Void essentially owns one of my Pokes right off the bat. Taunt rapes Ninjask and my strategy in general, but most Darkrai I see are running some combination of Dark Void, Dark Pulse, Thunder, Focus Punch, and Spacial Rend. Mewtwo is faster and OHKO's with Brick Break though.
Manaphy - havent faced one.
Blissey - Destroyed by SD Outrage, rain-boosted Aqua Tail, and LO Brick Break.
Skarmory - Overheat.
Forretress - Overheat.
Heatran - I've stopped seeing these around, so I took out Earthquake on Rayquaza. Groudon still owns it with Earthquake and it doesn't work very well in the rain via Kyogre.
Weavile - rapes Rayquaza with Ice Shard. Can't do much to Kyogre/Palkia/Groudon.
Shedinja - I never see this thing. Shadow Ball Mewtwo is probably my only answer.
Garchomp - Outrage says hi. 5/6 Pokes with super-effective moves also say hi.
Scizor - Overheat. Otherwise not too much of a threat seeing as Mewtwo is my only Psychic.
