So im relatively new to RMT and smogon forums but im quite an old battler and i need help as my rating has never gone above 1400. But i was challenged to do a ubers team with only 3 ou pokemon and only 3 pokemon from uu and below. However, I've seen the same threats over and over again thwarting my plans. More info in the specific pokemon but in general Extreeme Speed Arceus and Calm Mind (Water Spout) Kyogre
So without further ado here is my team!
#1 Cloyster
Cloyster @ Focus Sash
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Razor Shell
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
One of my fav pokemon and i decided to start my team with it. Cloyster is an amazing pokemon especially with shell smash, the ultimate move for boosting its mediocre attack and speed. Coupled with focus sash, once it gets started in never stops. However it has some fatal counters: priority attackers (namely Arceus), Protect+Speed Boost Blaziken and Geomancy Xerneas for a late game sweep. Furthermore, STEALTH ROCK. Its death in a move. Crippling it with every switch in.
