ORAS Ubers RMT Ubers

Hello everyone , thought I'd post my ubers team which I have been using for the past week .I'm fairly new to online battling in pokemon only found about smogon earlier this month. The team worked out decent upto now, I'm around 1550 points now. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Arceus @ Life orb
Ability : Multiplate
Evs : 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 hp
Jolly nature
- Swords dance
- Extreme speed
- Shadow claw
- Earthquake

My physical sweeper and my newest addition to the team. Even setting up a single SD sometimes allows me to sweep teams. I did think of adding refresh/recover but shadow claw and earthquake gives great variety to him. Extreme speed is ofc STAB.

Lugia @ Leftovers
Ability : Multiscale
Evs : 252 Def / 252 Spd / 4 hp
Bold nature
-Roost
-Toxic
-Roar
-Protect

My mixed tank and favorite pokemon. It can take hits from Boosted Arceus, Xerneas and Rayquaza thanks to multiscale. I stalled countless pokemon with this set and roar is to stop sweepers from setting up. Did think of giving an offensive move but dont know if I should.

Deoxys - Speed Focus sash
Ability : Pressure
Evs : 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Jolly nature
-Stealth rock
-Skillswap
-Taunt
-Knock off

My lead pokemon in almost all cases unless the opponent's team does not have a lead pokemon or a hazard setter . I can setup atleast 1 SR thanks to sash. I mostly start with taunt to close other leads.
Then after SR I either use knock off or skills swap before getting knocked out to further hurt their team.

Darkrai @ Lifeorb
Ability : Bad dreams
Evs : 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4hp
Timid nature
- Dark void
- Dark pulse
- Nasty plot
- Spacial rend

Darkrai's excellent speed and special atk is nearly unmatched which is the main reason I added him to the team. I initially used Wide lens but I actually missed dark void even with lens so i chose Lifeorb over it. Dark pulse is STAB , Nastly plot gives me a free boost after Dark void and Spacial rend is to hit the large number of dragons in the tier.

Xerneas @ Powerherb
Ability : Fairy Aura
Evs : 184 hp / 28 def / 252 SpA / 44 Spe
Timid nature
- Geomany
- Moonblast
- Focus blast
- Psyschock

Probably the best pokemon released in Gen 6. Geomany and Moonblast are there for obvious reasons. Focus blast is for steel types and good power overall. Psyschock is to hit Spd pokemon and to win calm mind wars , for hitting opposing Xerneas too. I initally thought of running flash cannon but it did not work out very well considering its limited utility. Also this is the only pokemon whose EVs I copied straight from Smogon's guide because I honestly didnt know how to spread them for this pokemon. I didn't understand this particular spread either so help would be great.

Kyogre @ Blue orb
Ability : Drizzle
Evs : 252 hp / 252 def / 4 SpA
Bold nature
- Sleep talk
- Origin pulse
- Thunder
- Ice beam

My last pokemon and sleep absorber. I put all evs into Hp and SpD to make it bulkier and further gave it a defence bossting nature. Replaced water spout with origin pulse since I wont hit first anyway. Ice beam is for flying / dragon types and thunder is for 100% accuracy and other kyogre's.

I also thought of replacing darkrai with Yveltal @ dread plate and Kyogre with Groudon @ red orb but not too sure about that. Cheers :)

Hey there!
Nice team you have built here. I like the Sleeptalk Kyogre a lot! There is not much to suggest except a few things. Darkrai wants to have Thunder for Ho-Ohs or Sludgebomb for Xerneas. The dragon coverage does not do much at all. Xerneas should have Thunder instead of Psyshock, because it is much more useful to hit Kyogre and Ho-Oh. Arceus wants to have Stone Edge on its set, because you can hit the birds like Lugia and especially Yveltal very hard. Last but not least I would suggest you a Primal Groudon, since Lugia rapes your momentum and is pretty much Defog fodder. To fix that, Primal Groudon will help you a lot and fixes the little Geo Xern weak. The Groudon Evs in the spoiler allow you to take any hit of +2 Xerneas. Hope I was able to help you. :]

Groudon @ Red Orb
Ability: Drought
EVs: 104 HP / 252 Atk / 96 SpD / 56 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rock Polish
- Precipice Blades
- Dragon Claw
- Stone Edge

Hi johnwebster5 .This is pretty good for a new player.I battled you on the ladder from a couple of days. And I remember well because of the Spacial Rend on Darkai. Anyway I have a couple of things to suggest.
1)Lugia Is bad on your team for 1 reason. It makes your Deoxys a waste. It lacks taunt or anyway to pressure defoggers so It's awesome to come in and defog on which is bad paired with a suicide lead like deoxys-S.For me you either have to remove it and keep Deo-S or Keep Deo-S and Remove it.I will suggest removing Deo-s and using Excadrill. It will Help you against Kelfki/Groudon/Dialga and Remove opponents rocks without removing yours with Rapid spin. Also with it's ability you can set up rocks or toxic magic bounce Pokemons like sableye and diancie. It also greatly annoys opponents with Deo-S since rapid spin aint affected by taunt.
Excadrill (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
2)Replace Spacial Rend for sludge bomb or you get walled by fairies on Dakrai.
3)Use thunder on Xerneas instead of psyshock for Kyogre and Ho-oh and a decent damage on Aegislash.
Hope I helped and good luck.

Oh thanks a lot u guys. Sorry could not reply earlier just got back from vacation. I can't decide whether to remove deoxys - s or lugia , but both these suggestions above about groudon and excadrill seem to be pretty good. So is it alright to include them both in my team?
