RMT UU HailStall

Rate My Hail Team Please
First option on Movesets is what I have on them currently

Abomasnow (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP/252 Spd/4 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Grass Knot/Energy Ball
- Blizzard
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
Obviously for a hail team you have to have Abomasnow for Autohail.Blizzard and grass knot for stab moves thinking about energy ball but because UU has some lightweight Pokemon. Max speed is good to subseed and max hp helps with Raikou and Shaymin sometimes.

Walrein (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 252 HP/228 Def/28 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Roar
- Substitute
- Protect
Walrein is a staple of all hail teams because it just stalls forever. Surf is good to stop fire types that think they can just burn you down.It has roar because it is my only phazer. Substitute and protect are there to stall of course.

Nidoqueen (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Toxic Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Blizzard
One of the few good toxic spikers and only one also with stealth rock besides Nidoking who has worse defenses and Omastar who doesnt absorb toxic spikes but he can rapin spin.Toxic spikes make it easier to stall and stealth rock breaks focus sashes from ruining my day. Earthquake and blizzard provide great coverage especially without Bronzong around to resist it. Also her earthquake is stabed which helps beat down Drapion. Speed is only thing it does not really need at all so I made her relaxed.Note the useful rock and fighting resistances too.

Hariyama (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Cross Chop/Brick Break/Revenge
- Stone Edge/Payback/Ice Punch
Hariyama is my only fire resist and is able to edge out most fire attacking threats with thick fat. I maxed both defenses because I think his hp is already high enough and he can take a beating from both kinds of attacks. rest for recovery and sleep talk for not being set up on in his sleep and one of three fighting moves for stab. Cross crop is most powerful but misses, brick break is 100% accurate but only 75 power and does break screens which i do not see much anyway. Revenge is 60 power but it is doubled to 120 if they attack you. Stone edge seems to be the best for hitting fire types but paypack could be good for ghosts and psychics and ice punch is there as an option for extra insurance against dragon type Pokemon.

Rotom @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Discharge
- Will-o-wisp
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
Rotom(just rotom) is quite useful for sure, not only can it counter the mighty Staraptor but Crobat also, and it can come in and will-o-wisp Steelix. It also blocks rapin spin and has numerous other resistances. Only totally stopped by Camerupt which isn't good, but i still love Rotom.

Regice @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/4 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Charge Beam/Seismic Toss
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
Regice is the main special tank not getting damaged by hail helps make him a lot better than chansey or clefable even if it is weak to stealth rock. Sometimes it can lose in calm mind wars but his special defense is so massive he walls many things with impunitity. Seismic Toss could help him not lose to Raikou so that is an option.

More like why are you using Discharged, WoW, AND Toxic Spikes on the team. I mean, those who won't get effected by TS will be Poisons, Steels and Flyers. Wouldn't you be better off just repeatedly Thunderbolting them anyways?

But further more I think we could find room to replace that Regice. The way I see it, Raikou is goin to have a tough time with Hail and Toxic Spikes on the field. Not to mention if it has HPGrass, Nidoqueen has fun, or if you made Abomasnow the special defensive version, it'll handle both Grass and Ice.

Now Regice being replaced, I think we could go for a more dedicated Gallade counter. Or rather, you can just use a Gallade yourself. I mean, what the hell even counters the motherfucker? But Venusaur or "Weezing" could even help in this department.

Yay, a fellow Ice fan <3!
~What about Wailord? It's obviously going to take alot more from Grass Knot-on the second hand, Lanturn takes half the basedamage from Grass Knot...
~Why would you ever run a Walrein set without Blizzard? Drop Roar for it. I also preffer Walrein with 252 HP/110Def/96SpA/52SpD Bold, as even with it's great tanking ability, it's a shame to waste it's great Ice/Water dual STAB, which has fantastic coverage.
~I really liked the idea of using Nidoqueen to set-up both Toxic Spikes and SRs, just to mention.
~As Sleep Talk makes up for it's low PP, Id'e go with Cross Chop. Also Ice Punch for the gimmick :P ...
~Are you sure you don't have too many RestTalkers? What about Froslass? It still maitains the Fighting immunity and abuses Snow Cloak...
~Considering Sleep Talk not only does not take away PP from the move it activates, but also make move work even if their PP has run out, Id'e replace Ice Beam for Blizzard. Also, don't use Seismic Toss-why waste BotBeam? Either use Charge Beam or TB.
Great team really. Well done!
