So hai, new here in the Smog. Anyways, here's the Rain Dance team I have been working on. Played with it a bit and so far, 7 Wins, 0 losses in Mixed Tier.

Azelf (Lead) @ Damp Rock (IV's 31 Spd)
EV's - 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SpD Nature - Jolly
~ Stealth Rock
~ Rain Dance
~ Explosion
~ Taunt

Pretty self explanatory, Set up Stealth Rock, Rain Dance, then explode. Taunt is useful against against other leads with Stealth Rock. The speed IV's makes sure it out paces other Azelf leads which I see commonly in today's metagame.

Rotom-W @ Damp Rock
EV's - 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD Nature - Timid (IV's Spe 31)
~ Rain Dance
~ Hydro Pump
~ Thunder
~ Shadow Ball

I love this washing machine. With a never miss STAB Thunder and Hydro Pump, it's sure to deal some damage. Shadow ball provides decent coverage against Gengar and Celebi.

Kingdra @ Life Orb
EV's -252 Atk / 240 SpA / Spe 16 OR 208 Atk / 136 SpA / 164 Spe Nature - Rash (IV's HP 31, SpA 31)
~ Rain Dance
~ Hydro Pump
~ Waterfall
~ Draco Meteor

The Mixed Attacker of my team. With Swift Swim, 164 Spe EV's, and 31 Spe IV's, Kingdra can out-pace numerous pokemon. The 31 HP IV investment gives it an extra life span from Life Orb dmg. This is also the ultimate counter for Blissey as Rotom lures her in. I need help deciding with the EV's.

Suicune @ Leftovers
EV's - 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD Nature - Timid
~ Calm Mind
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Hidden Power (electric)

A nice touch because I was crazy enough to spend countless hours getting the ever-so-rare Hidden Power electric. Many people assume that when a person uses Suicune, it is usually the Crocune set so they switch in Dragons and Water types to take advantage of the single Surf Attack. *Wrong* As they switch to an appropriate counter for a Crocune set, This gives me the opportunity to set up a Calm Mind or two under my belt. Plus, with my Rain support, Surf decimates anything that doesn't resist it. Ice Beam takes care of Dragon types such as Dragonite. A commonly used counter for a Crocune set, and Hidden Power electric gives me a fighting chance against Water types and the ever so annoying Milotic.

Magnezone @ Choice Specs Nature - Modest (IV's 30 SpA)
EV's 172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
~ Thunder
~ Flash Cannon
~ Hidden Power grass
~ Explosion

The heavy artillery of my team. Choice Specs boosts the already sky rocket Special Attack to make it even more higher. With Rain Support, Thunder will never miss and with Choice Specs on, Magnezone can OHKO Dragonite and Milotic. (Not sure about Milotic, but it happened from experience.)

Scizor @ Damp Rock
EV's 200 HP, 56 Atk, 252 Spe Nature - Adamant (IV's HP 31, Atk 31)
~ Rain Dance
~ Bullet Punch
~ U-Turn
~ Roost

Rain Dance is the crux to this set. Many teams expect Scizor to be Choiced, so they usually switch in for a pokemon to resist the U-turn, but instead Scizor uses Rain Dance to surprise teams and to keep them guessing. U-turn is used to switch in to the team's sweepers and Bullet Punch is a little something extra for dealing with focus sashed pokemon. Roost allows Sizor to stay alive longer to set up Rain Dance many times.

Just in case, I have some extra pokemon here and tell me which pokemon I should replace in my team and why.

Bronzong @ Damp Rock
EVs - 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def Nature - Impish
~ Rain Dance
~ Explosion
~ Reflect
~ Light Screen

Qwilfish @ Life Orb
EVs - 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Nature - Adamant
~ Swords Dance
~ Waterfall
~ Poison Jab
~ Explosion

Starmie @ Damp Rock
EV's - 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SpD Nature - Timid
~ Rain Dance
~ Surf
~ Thunder
~ Recover/Rapid Spin

Machamp @ Lum Berry
240 HP / 248 Atk / 16 SpD / 4 Spe Nature - Adamant
~ DynamicPunch
~ Payback
~ Bullet Punch
~ Ice Punch

If you can suggest other pokemon sets, please do so. Thanks. :D
