RMT

Hello,
though I have been follow the smogon community for quite sometime this is probably one of my first posts ever so please don't call me a noob :P
Anyways, here is my team:

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Sableye @ Lagging Tail
Greninja @ Life Orb
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Hippowdon @ Leftovers

This team was created to sweep the enemy team by wearing them down slowly and then allowing safe entry for my sweepers to sweep (:P).

My in depth stuff is under here:

Sableye @ Lagging Tail
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Foul Play
- Confuse Ray
- Trick

To start off, I love sableye. He might not be the best prankster user but he isnt the worst with will-o-wisp and trick being my favorite moves to spam. Confuse ray is to deal with fire types that will switch into will-o-wisp. With lagging tail, he can stop fast threats with trick and physical attackers, most notably aegislash, with will-o-wisp tho there are many ways to counter this. To finish off, foul play is good move for eye, dealing 25% dmg normally

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Whirlwind
- Stealth Rock

The hippo seems to be a staple for me. Whirlwind stops boosters expecting a switch and stealth rocks helps wear down opponents. It also acts as a shield for talonflame from electric attacks. Earthquake and stone edge is to provide coverage. Sand stream is a great way to break focus sashers in addition to stealth rocks. I run him mixed tank so he can absorb attacks that defensive hippo wouldn't normally live through and whirlwind the threat away

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 68 SAtk / 20 Spd
Bold Nature
- Defog
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Zapdos' main goal on my team is two things: remove entry hazards and a safe switcher for my sweepers. Defog is to guarantee that my sweepers get a safe switch. Thunderbolt is to hit other flying types and hidden power grass hits ground-types that would normally wall zapdos. Roost is there to give zapdos some longevity and keep him around for another switch in case rocks are placed in again

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Solar Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Sweeper #1 on my team. Pretty standard set, flare blitz and outrage has pretty good coverage along with earthquake. DD just once can KO anything that has been weakened by my hippo or eye. If i'm successful, I can normally take out three mons with this beast, but the fact that he becomes vulnerable to earthquake when mega evolving is problematic. Not a big fan of boosters but, I felt like this team needed one.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 88 HP / 168 Spd / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Will-O-Wisp

Sweeper #2 right here. Again, standard set. Though it seem weird that I run two fire flyings in one team,
talonflame with priority brave bird is amazing and can get anything not resisted to %50. He's great endgame finisher when all enemy mon's are weakened in which he just brave bird's the rest of the team. He's frail but, he can normally get one or two threats out of the way before dying

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Last but not least, sweeper #3. Good ol' life orb, protean Greninja to provide my team coverage that it seriously needs. He hits hard and can get rid of threats that would normally provide trouble for my team like ground types. He's not perfect though, he's too frail for a switch in and anything that uses priority means game over for him and he's also my only fully special attacking mon on my team.

Final Comments
This team I feel is very strong but, its too vulnerable. Switching in safely is hard for my hard hitters and I only have defog. I'm looking for suggestions that can help get rid of the two fire flyings on my team b/c its too much dmg lost when stealh rocks is in place and greninja is too damn frail to take out threats and still live long enough for me to use him again. I also really need a steal type on my team.
Feedback is welcome
Thank You

EDIT: Updated the descriptions a bit.

Make sure to add more descriptions to your pokemon and how each of them play a role in your team or the thread will be locked by a moderator. As for your stealth rock weakness I recommend scarf excadrill with 252 attack 252 speed 4 def with jolly nature with rock slide/rapid spin/ earthquake/iron head. Excadrill is the best spinner in ou and he will greatly help keep zapdos and talonflame healthy. In my opinion sabeleye doesnt really fit your team the team you have is a hard hitting team sableye does the complete opposite so i would swap excadrill for sabeleye.

Your sableye is original, but... he do what thundurs do: slow down fast mons, with a 33% of totally stop down for a turn. If the team is too vulnerable, is for sableye and is meh sdef.
A famous core (even if little hipster) is hippo/zapdos/slowbro.

Slowbro @ Leftovers / Assault Vest
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Def
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave / Yawn
- Psyshock / Psychic
- Scald
- Slack Off / Fire Blast

Slowbro has a lot of usefull moves. I cannot suggest a real set for him. A lot can be different if u choose AS or leftovers. With the assault vest u gain a good mixed wall, but u cannot use status moves. But even if u lack lefties, with regenerator U can get some health back.

Instead of using the hp grass on zapdos, go with hp ice. U can still hit ground mons, but landobros/gliscor x4.

Remove outrage on megazard for dragon claw. The tought claw ability boost the atk of dragon claw, without locking u in outrage. Is more easy sweep, in this way.
