I've been in a slump when it comes to making teams lately. My past teams have been good, but not lately. Suggestions on what I should change on this team are all welcome.

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
-U-Turn
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Knock Off
Pretty self explanatory, choice scarf to out speed faster threats. EQ for stab, U-Turn for momentum. Stone edge to hit an incoming Talonflame or Charizard, knock off to cripple some Pokemon.

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Overheat
-Hidden Power Ice
Volt switch for momentum and stab, T-Bolt for a hard hitting stab, overheat to smack Ferrothorn and Scizor. HP Ice to hit Landorus and Dragons.

Slowbro @ Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SDef
0 Atk IVs
Bold Nature
-Scald
-Fire Blast
-Toxic
-Slack Off
Physical wall to M-Medicham/Talonflame/Zard X and Chomp. Slack off for durability with regenerator. Toxic to wear down bulkier Pokemon such as Mandibuzz and Sylveon. Fire Blast to hit a Ferrothorn or Scizor switch in. 0 IVs in attack to minimize damage from foul play.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 220 SDef / 40 Spd
Calm Nature
-Lava Plume
-Roar
-Stealth Rock
-Protect
Special wall to counter fairies, Zard Y, Thundurus and Zapdos. Roar to ruin Clefable's calm minds/cosmic powers. Protect for scouting/leftovers recovery.

Scizor @ Choice Band/Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature
-Bullet Punch
-U-Turn
-Superpower
-Iron Head
I'm not gonna lie, I only put him on the team because I needed something to smack Clefable. Pretty standard set. Bullet punch for priority and a strong stab move after a technician boost. U-Turn for momentum, superpower to smack Ferrothorn and Chansey.

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 184 SAtk / 72 HP
Timid Nature
-Psyshock
-Draco Meteor
-Defog
-Healing Wish/Hidden Power Fire
Defogger, healing wish for crippled Pokemon, or HP fire to hit Ferrothorn or Scizor. Psyshock to hit specially defensive Pokemon and Draco for a powerful stab.

I suggest you read the RMT rules before posting an RMT. You need to write at least 3 lines for each pokemon describing what it does in the team and the movesets too.

This team is not bad. But I want to tweak a couple of things.

Latias would fare better if it had Recover > Healing Wish / HP Fire. This allows it to reliably beat Zard Y, who has no problem with Heatran; I would also move 40 Special Attack EVs into HP, which allows to to take a Life Orb Knock Off from Landorus-I after Stealth Rock, since it threatens your team. I would change Heatran's spread to 248 HP / 220 SDef / 40 Spe, which allows you to outspeed Suicune and phaze it out if it tries to set up on you.

I think your Slowbro should be tweaked a little bit. Make Leftovers the only choice item, and change the spread to 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SDef, which allows you to avoid the 2HKO from Choice Specs Keldeo's Hydro Pump after Stealth Rock. Change Fire Blast to Foul Play, which allows you to beat Zard X more reliably.

I was going to recommend Jirachi to handle Mega Gardevoir, but this team is heavily Bisharp weak, and could make use of a Fighting-type to handle it. This team also has issues with Mega Heracross, so I will let another rater handle the rest. For now, good luck.

Would you suggest a Talonflame or even a Zard Y to handle Bisharp and mega Heracross?

tbh what i think would handle that better is if you had defensive lanto-t instead of scarf and choice scarf heatran over sdef. also i'd replace scizor w/ bisharp. sets i'd use:

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Low Kick

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 184 HP / 220 Def / 104 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- U-turn

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power
- Stone Edge

i'll explain why later as i am pressed for time atm but try these for now

Defensive Landorus-T cannot switch into Bisharp, as a +1 Knock Off still hurts. That Lando-T also does not have the means of beating Mega Heracross, since it can still Swords Dance and boost to +1, which is still really strong for MHera.

you know i posted two other sets right? ofc that lando set can't beat hera? it's not supposed to, it's a defensive pivot, get the attack drop, tank the hit, then pivot out into something that can beat it, aka scarftran/manec (if low enough health). also i posted the wrong bisharp set, meant to have lo jolly w/ low kick not blackglasses + pursuit -- the bisharp counter is bisharp

2) Describe your Pokémon

Each Pokémon on your team should have a small paragraph describing these 3 things: 1) A reason why you chose that Pokémon, 2) the Pokémon's role on the team, and 3) A short description of its set. Don't forget to mention any usefulness your Pokémon has to your team. Here are example of what to do, and what not to do:
Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch
- U-turn
- Healing Wish

I decided to use Jirachi because I needed a Steel type and a Revenge Killer for my team. [1] Because it's my only Fairy resist, I need it to switch into stuff like Gardevoir. It also handles fast threats that my team would otherwise have issues with. [2] I needed Ice Punch because DD Dragonite is such a threat to my team. Healing Wish also works well with Landorus, and I needed the Scarf so Jirachi could revenge kill. [3]

- U-turn
- Healing Wish

Jirachi is my favourite Pokemon.[1] It can sweep a lot of unprepared teams.[2] Iron Head for STAB, Ice Punch for coverage, U-turn for scouting, Healing Wish for support.[3]

We recommend at least three (3) lines of description for each Pokemon. Having three lines is not absolutely mandatory anymore, but it's a good guideline to gauge if you have written enough.

pm me your updated descriptions and I'll unlock your thread
