Welcome to Smogon! I'm locking your RMT for the time being as the forum rules require that you provide in-depth descriptions for each Pokemon to explain their roles. Please read the rules carefully and take a look at Team Showcase to see the level of detail we require. PM me with updated descriptions and I'll be happy to unlock this.

Hi y0speedy__, cool team you have right there, let me help you out giving my own thoughts/ideas to try and make it even better, improving the problems that the team have. Let's begin with the rate!

~~ Threats~~

658-a.png
Greninja-Ash
.
Opposing greninja Ash mono 6-0 your team, since you don't have a real water resist, AV zone and sun can do it sweep slower but it won't stop it, once it gets the ash form everything dies to some of its stabs, and you don't have anything to revenge kill it.

Your own EV's/sets. This is the first time since i started rating teams that i see this being a problem, i get you can be "new", so my recommendation is if you are new to use the sets/spreads from the analysis (you can get them by clicking into recommendation sets) if you are starting using this sets are usually recommended since they are made by more experienced players, and this will get you to understand the metagame better which will get you to be able to invent cool new sets that will work but for mow i'lll just do that. Talking about this sets/spreads, they just doesn't fullfill what the role of the mon is, or can get improved.

428-m.png
Lopunny (Mega)
. Loppuny thanks to it's amazing power stabs can sweep this team easy since you don't have any speed control, and your only switch to it gets bopped by ice punch.

248.png
Tyranitar
. Tyranitar with his amazing power combined with your weird spreads of evs, makes it a huge threat, you don't have any switch to stone edge and it can trap lele and charizard.

445.png
Garchomp
. garchomp while isn't as big of a threat, can give you huge troublrs since you don't have a real switch... you have lando but you can't touch him back.

472.png
Gliscor
. on the same way as garchomp (read above) but a bit less scary, since Mcharizard-Y walls it.

~~ The Team ~~

**click the mons**
The team on it's own was good enough to don't need a lot of changes, i basically edited the sets for charizardY, landorusT, tapu lele and hawlucha, in order to make it have better synergy and also fit better on their roles/the meta. Then i changed ash gren which didn't fit too much on this team for rotom-W which gives you a switch to opposing ash grens. To finish with the team, i changed magnezone (who is only used on teams that wants ferro/steela/Mscizor/kartana gone) but on this team you have more than enough ways to deal with those mons and weavile gives you some kind of speed control.
Hope you enjoy the team, any question you have about the team feel free to make a post and i gladly answer you:psyglad:

I'm not going to give a full threatlist as I get the impression you're a low ladder player, but here's a few ways to improve your sets.

1. Zard-Y always wants Solar Beam, or it's fodder for bulky waters. Air Slash only really helps in the mirror - most of the time a sun boosted resisted Fire Blast is doing as much as an unresisted Air Slash. Additionally Dragon Pulse isn't necessary with HP Ice, and Zard's rock weakness and ability to force switches makes Roost very appealing.
2. Greninja's coverage is good enough that you never need four types. Water Shuriken is the reason battle bond Gren is so good, and should always be on the set over Extrasensory. Ice Beam is okay for surprise catching Bulu but requires prediction, and getting up a Spike or Toxic Spike on that turn is almost always as good.
Additionally, as Gren is here for raw damage, and really needs to be picking up kills, I'd run Surf or Hydro Pump over Scald for the raw power.
3. Your Magnezone is not a good choice for this team. He's not fat enough to wall in this meta, and ground types outspeed him before he can HP grass. Additionally the team isnt weak to steel types so I wouldn't reccomend a trapping set. Better AV users exist in Tapu Bulu, Tangrowth, Tornadus-Therian, or you could use a dedicated special tank like Tyranitar, Tapu Fini, Magearna or Chansey.
4. Hawlucha is wasted like this. It's only an OU pokemon because of unburden and synergy with Tapus. If you want a fast fighting type there aren't many good options, but Terrakion is all around better for this, or Cobalion/Infernape could provide the resistance to Fairies. However, if beating darks is what you want, a life orb Tapu Koko or scarf Tapu Lele would do better. Alternatively go for a standard Seed Hawlucha as a late game win condition.
5. Lele is also pretty poor like this, not able to outspeed things that can OHKO it. Leftovers isnt great on it - I'd either run Scarf, Specs or a Z-Crystal with Taunt.
