RoA Spotlight Tournament: VGC 2011
This month's RoA community choice is VGC 2011, and to encourage participation, the RoA Staff have decided to host a Ladder tournament that will lead to a single elimination Top 8 bracket.
This month's RoA community choice is VGC 2011, and to encourage participation, the RoA Staff have decided to host a Ladder tournament that will lead to a single elimination Top 8 bracket.
Important rules and information
Ladder Tournament:
- Players interested will sign up in this thread, additionally indicating the alt that they will be laddering on. The alt must use the prefix defined below.
- Every full week for two weeks, defined by the host below, the top 4 players on the ladder with the prefix below will be automatically entered into the bracket tournament. Repeats in the second week will be ignored.
- You must sign up before the deadline to be considered for the ladder tournament.
Bracket:
- Matches will be best-of-three in the VGC 2011 format (defined as the first player to win two games, i.e. ties are not counted).
- PLAYERS MAY NOT SWITCH TEAMS IN BETWEEN GAMES DURING BRACKET PHASE. You may switch teams on ladder.
- Replays of all bracket games must be posted.
- Each round will last at most one week.
The winner of this tournament will have their name displayed in the RoA room on showdown, receive the Prize Winner role in that same room, and receive a Tour Winner role on Discord.
