The last time that I posted a team on here, I was very inexperienced, and players used that to mark me down as a horrible team builder. I am still somewhat new to team building, especially on assigning Ev Spreads, but I am a lot better than I was much better. As such, when you are rating my team, posting constructive criticism (there's a difference between this and flaming - who knew?) offering me suggestions, please use correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling. It's just a pain to read through the written words of bad users on here who think they're better than everybody on here, yet they can not justify what they are saying or their spelling.
Anyway, let's begin with AntiLead.team
Anyway, let's begin with AntiLead.team

X-Saber Airbellum, a Female Anti-Lead Weavile with Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EV Spread: 128 Health Points, 128 Attack points, and 252 Speed points
Nature: Jolly
~ Taunt
~ Counter
~ Night Slash
~ Brick Break
The last time I posted this pokemon as my lead, the majority of users who posted on my thread responded to this Pokemon very poorly. They clearly do not realize how absolutely incredible this moveset is, how this Weavile is not designed just to guarantee a free kill on my opponent's lead, and how this Weavile does not sacrifice itself. This is the only Pokemon that I have ever tested on this team that has consistently proven itself time and time again as the best possible lead. It has great type coverage as well. One thing that I would like to point out is that I do not Ice Punch, not because I'm dumb (thank those on the last thread for making me put this), but because it is not necessary in any way. Ice defeats Dragon and Grass, two types that are very uncommon as leads, outside of Roserade.

Deep Sea Diva, a Female Vaporeon with Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Ev Spread: 188 Health Points, 252 Defense points, and 68 Speed points
Nature: Bold
~ Fake Tears
~ Roar
~ Surf
~ Wish
The ultimate support Pokemon. Vaporeon has the best possible culmination of moves I have ever seen on any Pokemon. Likewise, it can support any team, and should be included on more. Vaporeon can Wish, it can Baton Pass, it has great moves to Baton Pass, it has Wish, it has Fake Tears, it has Roar, it can somewhat fight on it's own with a relatively decent Special Attack; the list goes on. You can see how my Vaporeon is spread out here, and what moves I use to support my teams strengths and weaknesses. I believe that my Vaporeon should not be taken off of this team, just changed, if necessary.

Colossal Fighter, a Female Gliscor with Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Impish
Ev Spread: 250 Health Points, 254 Defense points, and 4 Speed points
~ Stealth Rock
~ Toxic
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
You'd be surprised how many people try to use Earthquake against Gliscor. Many, for some reason, do not realize that it is part Flying, and that this presents advantages that other Ground-Type pokemon do not have, mainly access to Roost. With access to Roost, I've created a stall/poison Gliscor that can be switched in against many Pokemon. Nothing special about this one, other than sometimes, it feels like a random Pokemon that doesn't really do that much. If it can set up Stealth Rock, than I don't mind it dying as much. But still, it's role could be put to better use.
So those are my support Pokemon. Over time, I've discovered that a balance of both supporters and sweepers is what makes a team good enough to compete in the OU tier. These are the sweepers that I use.

Revived King Ha Des, a Female Gengar with a Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
Ev Spread: 4 Health Points, 252 Special Attack points, and 252 Speed points
~ Trick (very important)
~ Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt
~ Focus Blast
Choice Scarf Gengar is too good to ignore. Have you even been 5- or 6-0ed by one of these things? I have, and while I don't use this Pokemon just to be cheap, Gengar is just stupid good. Emphasis on Speed and Special Attack make this Pokemon too powerful to just ignore when you are assembling your teams, and that's why I run a relatively fast one.

Stardust Dragon, a female Latias with a Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
Ev Spread: 4 Health Points, 252 Special Attack points, and 252 speed points
~ Trick
~ Roar
~ Surf
~ Draco Meteor
This Latias always catches somebody by surprise. After getting rid of it's Choice Scarf, my Latias can use Roar - a move that is just too valuable against the current metagame. Drago Meteor and Surf offer a lot of coverage, and Latias' Special Attack and Speed are high enough to take on quite a few non-scarfed Pokemon. All in all, my newest choice for this team appears to be working out very well. Roar doesn't work too well without Recover, and for all intents and purposes, it would be better with it, but I can not find room for it. Maybe I could drop Surf and swap Draco Meteor for Dragon Pulse. Thoughts?

Earthbound Immortal Cusillu, a Male Infernape with a Choice Scarf
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Blaze
Ev Spread: 4 Health Points, 252 Attack points, and 252 Speed points
~ Flare Blitz
~ Close Combat
~ U-Turn
~ Earthquake
Infernape has a lot of type coverage, it's fast, it can scout, and it's a monkey. What more could you ask for? It has incredible type coverage, and is a revenge killer in all aspects with quite the varied movepool. Flare Blitz has STAB and 120 base power. The same applies to Close Combat, and as fast as it is, I really do not worry about the negative effects of that move. If something would threaten this Infernape, I have Pokemon with resistances that I can swap too. U-Turn allows me to scout out opposing threats, swapping to the appropriate counter (Gliscor against revenge killers that use Earthquake). Earthquake itself is an interesting move on my Infernape, as it allows me additional type coverage, but it is not nessecary by any means. It could be dropped. I'm considering Thunder Punch over it, thanks to a suggestion by DiamondMaster. Thoughts?
