I am proposing the idea that Room Owners have permission to set rather or not their room voices can create & regulate tournaments. Tournament creations are currently set for room driver and higher. A lot of rooms have bots to make tournaments with the voices being able to use those commands, but when those bots are offline due to whatever reason then tournament creation becomes a hassle.
For example, the VGC room. All of our voices can use the bot. On August 29th, 8am EST - currently (almost 10:30am), the bot has been down and only one driver has been present. When they left, a global driver had to "watch" over the room. We had seven-room voices but they can't make tours which can be unfortunate. The room has over 200 people with them some asking for tournaments.
We allow our voices to make tours with the bots. Why not give Room Owners the option to allow their room voices to make them without it?
It could be as simple as inputting /room voices tour enable or /tour voice enable.
I believe this is a more versatile and compromising way of keeping driver or higher to only have the permission if the room wants it but it gives rooms a bit more freedom for situations like these.
