Roomevents management can be quite clunky sometimes, especially when there is a series of them happening. I have two specific suggestions to help smooth out the process:
1. Add a "source:" HTMLbox on /roomevents view, as other commands like /rfaq and /roomintro have. This would be great for editing descriptions and times, which currently requires retyping the entire line afaik.
2. Globally scoped events, or some other way to link an event across multiple rooms. For instance, UGO is currently happening, and it would be supremely useful if there was a way to link Battle Dome's roomevents to the UGO room so that editing the former's events would update the latter. I'm not 100% sure about syntax -- maybe "/roomevents linkcategory [category], [room]"? Probably global staff or RO-only.
