In Progress Rotation Battles

This suggestion is pretty much what the title says - adding PS support for 6v6 rotation battles. They generally add an interesting element of strategy due to the ability to pseudo-switch without losing stat boosts and the like. (and the obvious choosing between three pokemon to have active every turn)

PS generally does not support "format orientations" (singles, doubles, triples, rotation, etc.) that do not exist in the current main games. If we added this, it would be a Gen5 only, challenge-only format.

Ah yeah i guess that would be limiting, although it would be limited to gens 5 and 6 because rotations are used in gen 6

I think this is fine, not sure if any ladders would be involved but that's something that can be discussed later.
