[Overview]
• Unique Electric/Grass is great, resisting the common Water-, Grass- and Electric types
• Above Average Speed stat
• Leaf Storm take out the myriad of Water Types present in RU
• Great bulk of 50/108/108 for a Pokemon intended for Offense
• Cresselia gone is great since it lost competition
• Inhereted Trick and Will-o-Wisp from its Ghost form

[SET]
name: Choice
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Leaf Storm
move 3: Hidden Power Ice / Volt Switch
move 4: Trick / Volt Switch
item: Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
ability: Levitate
nature: Modest / Timid
evs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
ivs: 30 Atk / 30 Def

[SET COMMENTS]
• Levitate is a godsent for a choice user
• Stab Volt Switch allows it to scout while hitting hard
• HP Ice allows you to hit ground types without having to run away next turn.
• Perfect coverage bar Shedinja
• Trick cripple walls that rely on items.
• Thunderbolt for reliable STAB

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
- Life Orb or Expert Belt may be used but Leaf Storm forces itself out either way

[SET]

name: Defensive
move 1: Will-O-Wisp
move 2: Pain Split
move 3: Leaf Storm
move 4: Discharge / Thunderbolt
item: Leftovers
ability: Levitate
nature: Calm
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]
• Great bulk and speed
• SpD built due to Will-o-wisp
• Lack of recovery sucks
• Thunderbolt can be used over Discharge so as not to paralyse something intended for Burn
• Leaf Storm hits hard even without investment
• Pain Split is its most reliable form of recovery

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
Alternate spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD may be used but Will-o-wisp is there
Substitute may be used for the infamous Sub-Split combo, but it is pointless since Chansey no longer exists
Bulky Grass types that don’t mind a burn can set up on it.

[Other Options]
- Sub-charge set may be used, but Leaf Storm makes that somewhat void
- Dual screen, stiff competition from Uxie
- Rest Talk, not ideal with new sleep mechanics
- Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball, though Hp Ice gives much better coverage

[Checks and Counters]
- Fire types, most notably Entei, Magmortar. Ice types are rare but Ice Beam is common.
- Bulky Grass types can set-up on those that lack HP Ice, especially ones like Liligant tha can set up on it

Ok, I swapped places of Thunderbolt and Volt Switch. If there is no more problems with the sets I will start writing up after my exams.

I am going overseas so I might be unable to work on this post for a month or 2, whoever interested in this, you can have it.

EDIT: I have given Windsong to take over this thread, so ya.
