Rotom (Defensive)

There are quite a few problems regarding the set's analysis. First and foremost the analysis is in the wrong format. List the EVs and put insomething like this:

Regarding the set, I don't really see how this is "defensive". Judgeing by the set and nature, this set is more focused to annoy than to wall, and If anything Rotom-s does that the best.
This is just a minor post, considering I don't really have too much time. Just wanted to point out though.

You gave no reasons for the choices you made on the set, as well as no ev's. How do we know that its a defensive rotom?
Also, those are terrible reasons. Those are given, and are very well known.(BTW, the first three are almost the exact same)
There is already a defensive rotom set on smogon too. This would be like adding to the move options. But from what i see, it looks more like the annoyer set.
