[SET COMMENTS]
Rotom-H's strong matchups into sun threats like Venusaur and Charizard, as well as Zacian-C, give it a strong niche. Overheat is Rotom-H's strongest STAB move and, when Dynamaxed, becomes Max Flare, which sets sun, powering up Overheat and reducing the power of opposing Water-types like Kyogre and Tapu Fini. Nasty Plot allows Rotom-H to OHKO Pokemon like Landorus-T, Groudon, and Thundurus with boosted Max Flare, and it also compensates for Overheat's Special Attack drop. Ally Switch allows Rotom-H to redirect attacks like Zacian's Behemoth Blade or Venusaur's Sleep Powder to itself. Safety Goggles gives Rotom-H protection against Venusaur's and Amoonguss's powder moves, while Sitrus Berry provides some recovery; however, protection against Venusaur's Sleep Powder is usually preferred .

Rotom-H fits best on Zacian-C teams that appreciate its ability to check sun threats like Venusaur and Charizard, as well as opposing Zacian-C. Landorus-T checks Coalossal for Rotom-H while Rotom-H checks opposing Ice-types like Calyrex-I. Both Landorus-T and Rotom check many of the same things like Venusaur, Charizard, and Zacian, giving it them flexibility and insurance against these threats. Rillaboom checks Water-types like Kyogre and appreciates Rotom-H's ability to check Zacian-C, Charizard, and Calyrex-I. Prankster Pokemon like Grimmsnarl and Thundurus reduce the damage Rotom-H takes from opponents with dual screens support and Eerie Impulse, and can provide it with speed control in the form of Scary Face and Thunder Wave. Gastrodon can protect Rotom-H from opposing Water-types such as Blastoise and Lapras with Storm Drain and check Landorus-T while Rotom-H checks common Grass-types like Venusaur and Rillaboom for it.

Please tag me once this has been implemented or if you have any questions or want help. Some advice, some points are overly explained for example saying that overheat is 130 BP is dex info and doesn't need to be there, or explaining why Water-types are good into Rotom-H. You don't need to explain how Water-types threaten Rotom-H, it should be intuitive that Rotom-H is threatened by Water-types. ALSO when implementing checks if you don't already know, hit reply and edit from there, makes it much easier.

Set mentions: Ally Switch

Rotom-H's great strong (greats overselling it, a lot of the Pokemon its supposed to check can get past it easily without proper support, hence it being more niche.)matchup into most sun teams(Elaborate on which sun threats.) leads and ability to OHKO Zacian-C with a non-boosted Overheat(You don't need to explain how a Fire-type is good into Zacian-C here.) gives it a good niche on teams where reliable counters to both sun and Zacian-C are its role compression is needed.(I'd replace needed, since its not really a necessary component of the metagame.) Overheat is Rotom-H's best STAB move - 130 BP is enough to OHKO Venusaur and offensive Zacian, and 2HKO Caly-I. When maxed, Overheat becomes Max Flare, which sets sun, powering up Rotom-H's fire-type moves. However, Overheat does have the drawback of dropping Rotom-H's SpA by two stages, making it very unreliable if used repeatedly. Thunderbolt, while not as powerful as Overheat, is a more reliable STAB move, which OHKOes Tornadus, 2HKOes Kyogre and Suicune, and doesn't drop Rotom-H's stats. It turns into Max Lightning when maxed, which sets electric terrain, preventing teammates (and opponents!) that are grounded from sleeping, which could either work for you or against you, depending on the situation.(You can explain that Overheat turns into Max Flare to further boost its power and weaken opposing water-types such as... This would be more worthful than saying overheat KOs Pokemon weak to it.. The fact that Overheat is 130 BP is dex info and doesn't need to be explained, same with Overheats SpA drops. Thunderbolt doesn't really need explanation, its an obvious STAB choice and it isn't super useful in Dynamax.) Nasty Plot negates Overheat's SpA drop and allows Rotom-H to OHKO almost anything it can hit for super-effective with its STABs.(A +2 super effective attack OHKOing something shouldn't much of a surprise. You could instead say makes it much more threatening and perhaps give an example of what it can do at +2. It can OHKO Landorus-T and OHKO Assault Vest Thundurus.) Protect allows Rotom-H to preserve itself when in a sticky situation.(Usually there isn't much need to explain Protect) Ally Switch can also be used if you want Rotom-H to be more supportive.(How does it let it play more supportive? It allows Rotom-H to redirect attacks from its teammates, made especially good in the presence of Venusaur due to the potential of redirecting Sleep Powder from a teammate. Also now that its a main option on the set "can also be used" doesn't make sense.)

(Explain the items, what are goggles good for, and what is berry good for? Also explain that berry has the downside of leaving Rotom-h less capable of checking venu.)

(The second paragraph of an analysis is generally used to explain team options, its going to need to be reworked for the most part.)

Rotom-H fits best on Zacian-C(Are there any common non-Zacian-C teams that run Rotom-H?) teams that appreciate its abilitiyes to counter check sun teams(Explain what "sun" threats it checks.) and opposing Zacian-C, like Kyogre teams that might have a harder time winning the weather war, or Zacian teams that would otherwise be countered by sun. (Rotom-H isn't really used on Kyogre teams, unless I am missing something.)In turn, these teams usually provide answers to Lando-T and many common water types, which Rotom-H can struggle to deal with, as well as options to help Rotom with its middling speed tier, like Max Airstream, Tailwind, or even Trick Room.(Instead of telling me what these teams usually provide for it, tell me what can provide these things. Read my comments after this paragraph.) As aforementioned, many common water types, and pokemon like Lando-T, can counter Rotom-H due to having strong Rock- and Water-type STABS or coverage. Rotom-H can alleviate its weakness to Water-type moves by setting sun with Max Flare, but both Max Rockfall and Max Geyser would change the weather, making it unreliable if the opponent chooses to double up into Rotom.(Neither of these points really lead anywhere.)

Some things that should be mentioned—of course with more detail—but not too much.
-Landorus-T, extremely common with it, lando checks Coalossal for rotom, and rotom checks caly-i in return. They also check a lot of the same pokemon such as, venu, zard, and Zacian-C, so one can relieve pressure from the other.
-Gastrodon, can redirect Water-type attacks such as from stoise and Urhsifu and checks Landorus-T for Rotom-H. in return rotom can check grass mons
-Grimmsnarl, screens and speed control help rotom's mediocre speed and bulk
-Thundurus can weaken threats to Rotom-H like Blastoise and give speed control.
-Rillaboom, answers Water-types for it, appreciates Zacian-C check in return

Much better I think Ill be able to give 1/1 next look. Might look like a lot but quite a bit of its rephrasing or removing unnecessary content, and remember its Water-types not water-types etc.

Rotom-H's strong matchup into most sun teams(Too vague, what do they commonly consist of.) and Zacian-C gives it a good strong(Makes it sound more positive, Rotom-H is defo something to respect, some Amoonguss have run Worry Seed I believe for Rotom-H) niche in the metagame on teams that like its role compression.(Sorry about having changed this the way I did, didn't think It'd turn out like this "teams that like its role compression" is vague.) Overheat is Rotom-H's best STAB move, and when Dynamaxed, Overheat becomes Max Flare, which sets sun, powering up Rotom-H's Fire-type moves and reducing the power of opposing Water-types like Kyogre and Tapu Fini. However, Overheat does have the drawback of dropping Rotom-H's SpA by two stages, making it very unreliable if used repeatedly.(The obvious downside is not necessary here. Oftentimes the purpose of an obvious downside is to contrast one option with another.) Nasty Plot negates Overheat's SpA drop and allows Rotom-H to OHKO Pokemon like Landorus-Therian, Groudon, and Xerneas and Thundurus-I with boosted Max Flare. ( Xerneas is not worth mentioning since its not very relevant. Switch the order in how you talk about Overheat, since negating overheat isn't as important.)Ally Switch allows Rotom-H to have some supportive capabilities, as it allows Rotom-H to redirect attacks aimed from at its teammates to itself, as Rotom-H can soak up attacks like Zacian's Behemoth Blade or Venusaur's Sleep Powder.(AP) (if it's running Safety Goggles), which could have been potentially devastating for its teammates. Safety Goggles can protect against Sleep Powder from Venusaur, or Spore from Amoonguss Venusaur and Amoonguss's powder moves,(This includes Rage powder.) as well as chip damage from the weather,(True but not really the reason its run.) while Sitrus Berry provides some recovery for Rotom at the cost of diminishing its ability to check Venusaur leaving it vulnerable to most notably Venusaur's Sleep Powder.

Rotom-H fits best on Zacian-C teams that appreciate its ability to check sun threats like Venusaur or and Charizard Torkoal,(Torkoal isn't much of an offensive threat.) as well as opposing Zacian-C. In turn, these teams can help provide answers to many of Rotom-H's common counters and alleviate its issue with a middling speed tier. For example,(This content is not very meaningful.) Landorus-T checks Coalossal for Rotom-H, and provides some speed control in the form of Max Airstream,(True but not super practical or important while Rotom-H counters checks(Its good to stray away from the term counter, even if something does counter something else on paper VGC is a doubles format, so that alone may not be all that important. Also Calyrex-I can probably beat Rotom-H) opposing iIce-types like Calyrex-I (most notably Calyrex-Ice), and both Landorus-T and Rotom-H check many of the same things such as Venusaur, Charizard, and Zacian-C (Venusaur, Torkoal, and Zacian), allowing one to alleviate pressure from cover for the other if needed. Rillaboom, another common Pokemon,(Rillaboom being a common Pokemon doesn't matter much in this context, saying its a common teammate could be fine.) checks Water-types like Kyogre(Provide more examples.) and appreciates Rotom-H's ability to counter check opposing Zacian-C and Calyrex-Ice in return. Common supportive Pokemon Prankster Pokemon like Grimmsnarl and Prankster Thundurus reduce the damage Rotom-H takes from opponents(How? it should be clarified as in this situation it may not be too obvious to a reader.), and can provide it with speed control in the form of Scary Face and or Thunder Wave. Finally, although a bit niche,(Gastrodon has been proven to be a solid Pokemon and it has pretty good usage.) Gastrodon's Storm Drain can protect Rotom-H from opposing Water-types such as(Provide examples.) moves and check Landorus-T, while Rotom-H can check receiving protection from common Grass-types like Gastrodon(Gastrodon is not a Grass-type.) and Rillaboom from Rotom-H.(You mean for Rillaboom?)
(I unbolded this area.)

Ally Switch as it allows Rotom-H to redirect attacks aimed at its teammates to itself, like Zacian's Behemoth Blade or Venusaur's Sleep Powder. Safety Goggles gives Rotom-h protection to Venusaur's and Amoonguss' powder moves, while Sitrus Berry provides some recovery for Rotom while leaving it vulnerable but leaves it vulnerable(You just said while this avoids repetition.) to most notably Venusaur's Sleep Powder.

Rotom-H fits best on Zacian-C Teams that appreciate its ability to check sun threats like Venusaur or Charizard, as well as opposing Zacian-C. Landorus-T checks Coalossal for Rotom-H while Rotom-H checks opposing ice-types like Calyrex-I, and both Landorus-T and Rotom check many of the same things like Venusaur, Charizard, and Zacian, giving more flexibility and insurance in checking these dangerous threats allowing one to alleviate pressure from the other.(I know I changed it to that, but I thought about it and this makes more sense I think.) Rillaboom, another common teammate, checks Water-types like Kyogre and appreciates Rotom-H's ability to counter check opposing Zacian-C and Calyrex-I in return. Prankster Pokemon like Grimmsnarl and Thundurus reduce the damage Rotom-H takes from opponents with moves like Reflect, Light Screen, and Eerie Impulse dual screens and Eerie Impulse, and can provide it with speed control in the form of Scary Face or Thunder Wave. Gastrodon's Storm Drain can protect Rotom-H from opposing Water-types such as Kyogre Blastoise (Better example since Storm Drain doesn't redirect Water Spout.)and Lapras as well as check Landorus-T, while Rotom-H checks common Grass-types like Venusaur and Rillaboom for it.
