Moves
========
  • Volt Switch gives momentum to the team and is STAB.
  • Air Slash is secondary STAB that hits Electric-type resists bar Electric and can flinch.
  • Thunderbolt is strongest STAB.
  • Trick can cripple an annoying wall.
Set Details
========
  • Timid and max/max for obvious speed and power.
  • Choice Scarf increases Rotom-S' Speed, making it easy to revenge kill and clean up.
Usage Tips
========
  • Revenge kills and cleans up.
  • Predict Ground-type switch-ins by hard switching from bulkier ones and using Air Slash on weakened ones.
  • Use Trick on walls that would be troublesome for the team.
Team Options
========
  • Pokemon like Mesprit to form a VoltTurn core.
  • Hariyama resists Ice and Rock for Rotom-S and Rotom-S can take Flying-type moves for Hariyama.
  • Poliwrath resists Ice and Rock for Rotom-S and Rotom-S can take Grass- and Flying-type moves for Rotom-S.
  • Defog or Rapid Spin support from Pokemon like Pelipper or Sandslash, respectively.
Other Options
########
  • HP Grass for Seismitoad, Golem, and other Ground types.
  • HP Ground for Steelix, Probopass, and Electric-types.
  • Support movepool with Will-O-Wisp and Thunder Wave.
  • Pain Split.
Checks & Counters
########

**Special Walls**: Special walls such as Audino and Lickilicky don't take much damage from Rotom-S, but they don't appreciate getting tricked.

**Bulky Ground-types**: Bulky Ground-types like Seismitoad stop Rotom-S from Volt Switching. Steelix, Golem, and Stunfisk are immune to Volt Switch and resist Air Slash.

**Electric-types**: Resist both STABs and can hit back with another STAB or coverage move. Electivire and Lanturn absorb any Electric-type move and can hit back with Ice Punch and Scald, respectively.

Note: I would like some thoughts on other sets, namely defensive or Choice Specs sets.
