[SET COMMENTS]
Rotom-W has solid defensive stats that helps it check viable Pokemon in the metagame such as Choice Band Urshifu-R and Choice Scarf Haxorus. Eerie Impulse is used to drastically weaken special attackers such as Goodra and Primarina, while Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers such as Dracovish, Galarian Darmanitan, and non-Lum Berry Crustle. Rotom-W can use Rest after crippling the foe enough to avoid getting KOed before waking up. Thunderbolt is Rotom-W's only non-status attack and is mainly used to inflict chip damage. Alternatively, Rotom-W can use Hydro Pump to deal damage to Pokemon that aren't affected by Will-O-Wisp such as Arcanine and Incineroar, and it allows Rotom-W to damage Zerarora. This EV set alongside Thunderbolt allows Rotom-W to outstall Seismic Toss users, outspeed base 60 Speed Pokemon, OHKO uninvested Urshifu-R, and take a Choice Band-boosted Superpower from Ushifu-R and both Mold Breaker and Unnerve Choice Scarf Haxorus. When running Hydro Pump, the EV spread should be 240 HP / 220 Def / 48 Spe instead, which maintains Speed and maximizes defensive presence. This EV set is mainly to boost the percentage to survive certain highly-invested attacks such as Giga Impact from Galarian Darmanitan.

This Rotom-W set is used as a stall set. The main idea is to cripple the foe with Will-O-Wisp or Eerie Impulse to the point where their attacks are unable to 2HKO Rotom-W so it can safely recover with Rest. After sufficiently crippling the foe, Rotom-W can use Will-O-Wisp's chip damage and its attacking move of choice to KO the foe. In certain cases, Rotom-W can use Thunderbolt or Hydro Pump without crippling the foe if it outright wins due to the matchup; it can use Thunderbolt to OHKO Gyarados or Hydro Pump to OHKO defensive Arcanine. There are some Pokemon that are able to KO Rotom-W before it sets up, such as Choice Band Haxorus and Sylveon. Thus, teammates such as Rillaboom, Galarian Darmanitan, and Magnezone work well with Rotom-W. Rotom-W is also very susceptible to Taunt users such as Incineroar and Trick users such as Porygon-Z, so Pokemon that are immune or aren't affected by these status moves such as Galarian Darmanitan work very well with Rotom-W. Rotom-W should be careful of Mold Breaker Pokemon such as Excadrill and Choice Band Haxorus that can use Earthquake while ignoring Levitate and Unnerve Haxorus, which can prevent Kee Berry from activating.

I wouldn't mention sylv as something rotomw checks as fast specs or yawntears which are quite common sets do infact beat kee rotomw and you even mention it further in the analysis.

for it taking awhile but I finally got the chance to qc this

Rotom-W has solid defensive stats that checks viable Pokemon in the metagame such as Zeraroraprovide another example also Zera isn't a great example as Taunt just wins assuming you're not running pump, so change Zera and add another example. This Kee Berry set is used as a stall set. Eerie Impulse is used to drastically weaken special attackers such as Primarina and Aegislash while Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers such as Zerarorabetter example, Bewear, and Darmanitan-G252 Atk Choice Band Gorilla Tactics Darmanitan-Galar Giga Impact vs. 248 HP / 220+ Def Rotom-Wash: 273-322 (90 - 106.2%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO this isn't reliable as you also need to avoid poor rolls even after resting as giga does too much so either say it's unreliable or find a better example. Rotom-W can use Rest after crippling its opponent enough to Rest safely without getting KOed before waking up. Thunderbolt is Rotom-W's only non-status attack and is mainly used to inflict chip damage. Kee Berry is used in tandem with the HP, Def EVs and the Bold nature to ensure Rotom-W is not 2HKOed by a physical attacker such as Band Zerarora even after burning the foe. The Speed EVs are so Rotom-W can outspeed Pokemon such as Corviknight, so it can land neutral Thunderbolts before the foe can use Roost, and Cloyster, so Rotom-W can Will-O-Wisp it first. Levitate is Rotom-W's only ability. this paragraph lacks any mention of Hydro Pump as an option

Depending on the opposing Pokemon, Rotom-W should be using Will-O-Wisp or Eerie Impulse to cripple the foe's special or physical attack. Once Rotom-W is out of 2HKO or 3HKO range, it can use Rest to safely recover HP while the opponent is struggling to deal damage. Afterwards, Rotom-W can wear down the foe by using Will-O-Wisp or attacking with Thunderbolt.no reason to put this in the teammates section, so either ditch it or rework it into the first paragraphThere are some Pokemon that are able to KO Rotom-W before it sets up such as Kyurem, Choice Band Haxorus, and Sylveon. Thus, teammates such as Corviknight and Steelix work well with Rotom-W. Rotom-W is also very susceptible to EncoreTaunt users such as Whimsicott and Corsola-Gdoesn't even get encore, find a better example so Pokemon such as Incineroar, who is immune to Whimsicott's status moves also works very well with Rotom-W. Rotom-W should be careful of Excadrill and Haxorus who have the ability Mold Breaker and can use Earthquake while ignoring Levitate. Rotom-W is also very weak against heavy hitting Grass-types such as Rotom-MRillaboom and Venusaur who can OHKO Rotom-W. add examples of mons that can check these grass types, simply mentioning rotom doesn't help
this will take a fair amount of work, for now just implement these changes and we can work on it from there. Tag me when implemented

If the only changes were deleting the Choice Band before Dracovish, and adding non-Lum Berry Crustle, then everything is implemented!

hey ForgottenOnes, if you could please update this for the post-dlc meta within the next 3-4 days that’d be great. the second paragraph now also now undergoes a new format which you can view here. a good example of how this looks in practice can be seen with this analysis. yours obviously won’t be the same, but the principles still apply. let me know if you have any questions

Okay so, when Kee Berry Rotom-W is running tbolt, it should have these EVs:

EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 128 SpA / 48 Spe
Bold Nature

These EVs:
Let you outspeed base 60s
Gives you enough Spa to OHKO Urshifu-R with Tbolt
Has over 300 hp to stall out Seismic Toss
and can live a Banded Superpower from Urshifu-R and both Mold Breaker/Unnerve scarf Haxorus. Replace the main EVs on the set and the EV reasoning w/ this.

When running Hydro Pump, the spread can be EVs: 240 HP / 220 Def / 48 Spe, which maintains the Speed and maximizes defensive presence. Since there's nothing to specifically EV for when running Hydro Pump, this just gives you the best odds to live highly-invested attacks, like band Darm-G's Giga Impact and Centiskorch's Power Whip. Include this second spread as alternative EVs in the first paragraph.

Tag me when you're finished uwu

Rotom-W has solid defensive stats that checks help it check (the stats aren't checking them, Rotom-W is) viable Pokemon in the metagame such as Choice Band Urshifu-R and Choice Scarf Haxorus. Eerie Impulse is used to drastically weaken special attackers such as Goodra and Primarina, (AC) while Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers such as Dracovish, Galarian Darmanitan, and non-Lum Berry Crustle. Rotom-W can use Rest after crippling its opponent enough to Rest safely without getting KOed before waking up. Thunderbolt is Rotom-W's only non-status move attack and is mainly used to inflict chip damage. Alternatively, Rotom-W can use Hydro Pump to deal damage to Pokemon that aren't affected by Will-O-Wisp, (AC) such as Arcanine and Incineroar, and it allows Rotom-W to damage Zerarora. This EV spread set, with Thunderbolt, allows Rotom-W to outstall Seismic Toss users, outspeed base 60 Speed Pokemon, OHKO uninvested Urshifu-R, and live a Choice Banded Choice Band-boosted Superpower from Urshifu-R and both Mold Breaker and Unnerve (unless Haxorus frequently pulls up with Rivalry) Choice Scarf Haxorus. When running Hydro Pump, the EV spread should be 240 HP / 220 Def / 48 Spe, (AC) instead which maintains the Speed investment while and maximizinges defensive presence. This alternative EV set spread is mainly used to boost increase the percentage likelihood to outlive certain highly-invested attacks such as Giga Impact from Galarian Darmanitan.

This Rotom-W set is used as a stall set. The main idea strategy is to cripple the foe with Will-O-Wisp or Eerie Impulse to the point where their attacks are unable to 2HKO Rotom-W, (AC) so it can allowing it to safely Rest. After sufficiently crippling the foe, Rotom-W can use Will-O-Wisp's chip damage (RC) and Thunderbolt (RC) and or Hydro Pump (since the set shouldn't have both) to KO the foe. In certain cases, Rotom-W can use Thunderbolt or Hydro Pump immediately without crippling the foe if it outright wins due to the matchup (remove space); it can use Thunderbolt to OHKO Gyarados, (AC) and Hydro Pump to OHKO a Defensive Arcanine. There are some Pokemon that are able to KO Rotom-W before it sets up, (AC) (technically Rotom isn't setting up, may want to reword that but I'm not sure) such as Sylveon and Choice Band Haxorus and Sylveon (to avoid a potential "Choice Band Sylveon?" misunderstanding). Thus, teammates such as Rillaboom, Galarian Darmanitan, and Magnezone work well with Rotom-W. Rotom-W is also very susceptible to Taunt users, (AC) such as Incineroar, (AC) and Trick users, (AC) such as Porygon-Z, (AC) so Pokemon who are immune or aren't affected by these status moves, (AC) such as Galarian Darmanitan, (AC) work very well with Rotom-W.
