Paragraph 1
Rotom-W plays a disruptive role in SV OU, it can neutralize huge threats for teams. It also helps the team by bringing in strong, fast but frail Pokemon in with the help of slower Volt Switch, meaning most of the time Rotom-W is going to take a hit then switch out and bring the strong,fast and frail Pokemon in safely. Pain split helps Rotom-W stay healthy and also do decent damage to the opposing Pokemon when Rotom-W is at a lower HP than the targeted Pokemon. Will-O-Wisp disrupts the opponent and helps Rotom-W nullify huge threats like Swords Dance Kingambit, Choice Band Dragapult, Bulk Up Great Tusk and Dragon Dance Roaring Moon. 12 Speed EVs lets rotom outspeed Stealth Rock Great tusk and hit it for super effective damage with Hydro pump doing a good chunk of Great Tusk's Health. Tera Fairy enables Rotom-W to serve as an excellent Choice Band Dragapult and Roaring Moon counter, it also helps against Walking Wake. Tera steel helps against Rillaboom, Kyurem and Ogerpon-W.

Rotom-W naturally struggles against Grass types, Kyurem and Raging Bolt. If not careful Raging Bolt and Serperior can use Rotom as free setup opportunity and do massive damage to and even sweep teams. To patch up these weaknesses Gouging Fire can be run alongside Rotom-W, to threaten the Grass types Rotom-W really struggles with. Rotom-W also struggles with Special Attackers in general, Rotom-W can be paired with special walls like Slowking-G, to switch in on Special Attackers and on powerful Grass type attacks of the likes of Rillaboom and Ogerpon-W. Slowking-G benefits from Rotom-W as it can switch in on Ground type attacks targeted at Slowking-G.

Hi, thank you for your work here; unfortunately we are going to have to QC reject this analysis, due to poor information and a lack of metagame knowledge. I'll cover some things here that seem out of place or incorrect, and a couple of things that are missing.

• Most of the first two sentences isn't very clear or necessary, the first one is very vague and the description of Volt Switch is fine but the second half of that sentence is repeated and unnecessary.
• Talking about what Pain Split does is just dex information and isn't needed here.
• Rotom-W just clicks Hydro Pump into Great Tusk and being able to wisp CB Pult isn't super high priority to list here, particularly as Rotom-W gets 2HKOed trying to switch in while CB Pult isn't nearly its most common set.
• Tera Fairy Rotom-W does not counter CB Pult at all as their Ghost move cleanly 2HKOes; a counter is something that can switch in and beat a Pokemon every time. Also, if Rotom-W chooses to Tera Fairy, it can be OHKOed by Walking Wake's Hydro Steam in the sun so it does not help much in that matchup.
• Tera Steel is good into Rillaboom and Kyurem, but Ogerpon-W's Ivy Cudgel is still neutral.
• The second paragraph should discuss what kinds of team that Rotom-W fits on, which is missed here. More partners should also be listed and this analysis only contains two.
• Gouging Fire does not patch up these weaknesses; it helps with most Grass-types but it does not help against Raging Bolt as mentioned in the previous sentence, and it also loses to Kyurem with nothing else listed for Kyurem (even if Slowking-G is listed next, the connection isn't made).
• It's good to pair a PhysDef Rotom-W with SpDef Pokemon, but it does not need to be emphasised that it struggles with special attackers in general as its special bulk is still solid.
• Slowking-G cannot switch in on Rillaboom or Ogerpon-W, it gets 2HKOed by CB Rillaboom's resisted Wood Hammer which is a free click into Rotom-W.
